What a great tour! Our tour guide James F. was so entertaining, informative, and very Spooookyy/comical, he was really great! James told us about a lot of historical events in CO, which made it really interesting as well. Definitely recommend this tour and hopefully you’ll get James as your tour guide!!

This tour combined spooky tales with interesting historical facts. It’s an easy walk through the area surrounding the capitol, with lots of beautiful architecture. Our guide was knowledgeable and engaging. Make sure to check the photos you take, you may be surprised what you see!

Nothing to recommend since we never found our group to take this tour. We showed up right on the hour and correct place but never found the group. We would like our money back !

The guide was at the meeting point for 20 minutes before tour time to 15 minutes after the tour was to start. No contact was made with our company or guide by your group. We have to start our tours as other guests are also on the tour. We can grant you a credit for a future tour if you contact us directly. Thank you.

Had fun on this ghost tour. The tour guide was knowledgeable about both the history of Denver and local paranormal stories. She even has actual photographs from things caught on previous tours.

Sheila is an engaging, informative, and entertaining ghost guide! highly recommend her! Go for the two-hour experience! Sheila is actively learning about new ghostly encounters from the residents of the haunted buildings on her tour, which made my husband and me feel like we were active participants, especially when she showed us ghosts and orbs captured on camera by her clients. She told us about TV shows that featured one of the houses she showed us, which we watched when we got home, continuing the ghostly experience! What a bonus! My husband and I have been on several ghost tours, nationally and internationally, and Sheila is among the best!

The tour was amazing and Sheila was so knowledgeable about the history of Denver. The EMF detectors went off quite a bit which added to the stories. It was a great experience!

Very cool area. Amazing architecture. Fun stories. Tori was knowledgeable about Denver history. We got kind of cold and pushed the tour along and so I would like to do it in warmer weather to be able to enjoy the stories more. Really fun and cool area!

Enjoyed the tour very much. Left the tour believing in paranormal activity just a little bit more than I did when I came in.

I reviewed this once but here it goes again. The lady that led us was very informative. She knew the history of the structures. The builders, owners, and former residents there of. She provided detailed information on the sightings/hauntings. If you are interested in the tour it's definitely worth the money.

The tour guide did not appear. We were reimbursed only a portion of the cost. The tour guide thought we were at 7:00 pm, even though we had changed it to 9:00 pm. Our tickets and email and text reminders all said 9:00 pm. We received only $56 back for two adult tickets that cost more.

Can you clarify how much you paid. Tickets are 28 per person, 56 for two. We also did talk with you and explained the mixup in times (it was actually the booking system, not us). We also told you our guide would come down, may be a little wait but we were more than willing to give the tour but you coose not to accept that. If you did pay more send that to us and we will refund the rest. We always fully refund in the event of an issue

Tori was an excellent tour guide. She gave us great details on what happened in these homes, and the stories that continue to happen today. It was fascinating to hear about the different events that occurred, years ago. It was nice to have Blake along, as he added to the stories with his pictures and insights. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone!

We were late to the tour but the tour guide went home for the day so we didn’t do anything.
Apparently we were the only group but they cancelled the tour without telling us.

The tour was not cancelled. You booked a tour for 7 pm and the tour guide was there at 6:45 sent you a text at 7:05 when you didn't show up and waited for you to show until 7:22 before they left the downtown area. You text the guide back at 7:25 and said you thought the tour was at 7:30; that is totally on you. The websites all clearly state the times of the tours. When you finally spoke to the guide at 7:30 you were even offered a credit to take another tour on a future date due to your mistake. You declined stating you wouldn't be back in the area. We can not wait for 30 minutes after a tour begins to wait for a group to show due to their inability to get the time correct. Thank you.

Sheila was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and you can just tell that she loves what she does. It was just three of us at the 9 PM tour and we were able to communicate with something at the Patterson Inn. We also were able to capture a ghost cat at the Molly Brown House. Very fun, spooky, and enjoyable. Would recommend.

My experience was good I did have an interesting time and I did learn new things I didn’t know but my guide walked a little too fast and did not pay as much attention to me when I tried to add to the conversation they were having with someone I assume was a new hire
