I booked this first time online for Saturday not on Viator. I got a cancellation refund email from Groupon with no explanation. I reorganized my entire schedule to fit it on Monday instead and rebooked via Viator. I had a gazillion automated confirmations and reminders. On Monday (my daughters bday) we rushed back to the hotel for a 2.30pm pick up. At 2.40pm; I tried to contact the provider. At 2.50pm I again received a refund email and a note from the provider saying they didn’t know about the booking and they were looking into it with Viator (despite the fact that the first booking was not Viator). I was bitterly disappointing given all of the rearrangements and having a huge gap to fill on my daughters birthday. Very very disappointed.

Shay was amazing! We had so much fun. She knows so much about the city and was a fabulous story teller. She was also so accommodating! My boyfriend got a migraine and Shay squeezed in the last story while she drove us all the way home (not to the pick up/drop off spot, all the way home). Can't recommend enough! Thank you Shay!!!!

Shay, the owner, made the tour and experience top notch. From the moment she picked us up, until the moment we were dropped back off, Shay kept us engaged. I've done several walking tours, but this was my first time getting to do a tour by car, and it's been the best by far! We learned so much about the history of Denver and got to see some really cool and interesting locations that we probably would not have been able to visit on a walking tour.

Our tour guide was Shay. She was magnificent. From beginning to end,, Shay entertained us with facts, figures (no pun intended) and stories. She took my daughter and I around Denver showing us the haunted houses, apartments, parks, State Capital, Molly Brown house, Brown Palace, and other sites, giving us a balanced but knowledgeable history of the city. Stopping at every opportunity, we spent two full hours, taking pictures, walking around the properties, and speaking with employees at a few is the businesses. She even gave us a full walking tour inside the Brown Palace, showing us the lobby, then up to room 904, which is considered the most haunted hotel room in all of Colorado, and then down to the eighth floor where the Beatles stayed in the 1970's after their Red Rock performances.
In short, the tour was well worth it, and Shay was terrific. I will do this again when I bring the entire family next time!

We were never picked up at our pickup point. So the tour never happened. I already reported this. I would like to get a refund, as we were never picked up, and we waited for the better part of an hour.

Shay was a great tour guide. She knew so much about Denver's history. It being a driving tour also allowed us to venture to haunted locations that would not be feasible on a standard walking tour.

Shay was wonderful! The driving tour is great especially if you have issues walking far.(my husband just had a knee replacement) She is so friendly and really knows the city and some wild details. If you want a fantastic ghost tour with a lot of extra stories about hotels and the area this is the tour for you! Thank you Shay!

Shay is so kind, knowledgeable, and fun. She made our experience a memorable one. We were lucky to have had Ken at the Brown Palace Hotel open up the ballroom for us and allow us to see one of the spookiest former crime scenes. All in all, I can’t recommend this tour enough. Truly a great and eerie time in Colorado. Cheesman park will unsettle your stomach and make the pinpricks stand on edge for the rest of your night, just FYI for all you sensitive empaths, wiccans, and such.

Shay was an incredible guide. This tour got up a little closer than most of the ghost tours I’ve done—inside to several spots of the hotel and around the back of the Molly Brown House. Shay’s enthusiasm felt very genuine, and she’s a natural storyteller.

This tour was absolutely amazing! The personal touch of being in a smaller group was fantastic. Shay knew their stuff!!!! Wow....such am amazing experience! Also, we had A LOT of activity when we went. Bring a spirit box or spirit box app like Ghost Tube it'll make the experience even better. We had Ghost Tube, Necrophonic, and Ghost Tube SLS going and we got so much stuff!

As it turns out this is an actual driving tour with Shay who is a wonderful driver and history teller! She pointed out the haunted locations on the tour and we even parked and stopped at most places! It is such a good tour of Denver and the mystery behind it! Shay is amazing, it's worth every penny!

This is not a 'tourist-trap' tour. The tour owner was my host and her wealth of research and passion was evident. Even if you are not generally interested in the paranormal, you will find the tour interesting and enjoyable. It was a great way to safely explore Denver on a chilly winter's night.
