- Thank you so much for your booking, we are so excited to take you out on Denver’s best Ghost Tour. **Please meet in front of Union Station 1701 Wynkoop St. Denver, CO 80202 underneath the Flagpole 15 minutes prior to your tour start time.** **If you do park downtown we recommend to park in the garages and lots in the area. With check-in time and the tour time it is usually longer than 2 hours and the meters on the street only last two hours and we don't want anyone getting a ticket.** **Wear comfortable shoes and weather appropriate clothes. We will go out in rain so bring an umbrella if necessary. We will cancel the tour for severe weather.
- Every tour is unique and different. We don't always go to the same locations and route indicated. Sometimes events at buildings will limit our access or things going on downtown. We will always try to take you inside a location but it's not always gauranted.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers

The description of the tour said we would only be at Union Station for 20 minutes and then move on to other locations. We were at Union Station for an hour and a half, and didn’t make it to most of the other locations listed. I trust Viator and the reviews I see on Viator, but this one was very disappointing. While I think our tour guide was passionate about Denver history, I just felt that the tour didn’t live up to the description.

It is full of knowledge and is extremely interesting, not just in the spooky aspect, but the historical one. We had the best tour guide, in fact, I took Johnathan’s NOLA ghost tour in 2021, so to see him here was the best and most pleasant surprise! He is GREAT!

The amount of time the tour took was longer than specified. The title of the tour needs to better reflect what you're actually going to be hearing about. The information was interesting though.

We call it the Dark Side of Denver because we deal with dark subject matter like murders, scandals, serial killers, shadow people, and things that are definitely not the Bright Side of Denver. John is an incredible story teller and very knowledgeable! The tour was intimate, quirky, scary, and very informative. There is so much history in Denver. Highly recommend this tour, they have other options as well, will definitely be trying the others when i go back!

Our tour host Jonathan was a fun historian, and story teller. My cousins were attending out of compulsion but at the end of the 2hour tour, they agreed that it was a very engaging and interesting tour.

Rachel truly went above and beyond in her role. This was my first time ever doing anything like this, and she made the entire experience not only comfortable but genuinely exciting and memorable.
Even though it was just the two of us that day, she brought such great energy and enthusiasm, you can immediately tell she loves what she does and is deeply passionate about it. She took the time to explain everything, made me feel confident throughout the process.

John is such an amazing story teller! Not only does he know the history of the buildings/ areas to an amazing extent he has an extravagant way of wrapping our heads around the same walls were incredible events happened in the same spots we were standing. From burn marks on the wall and art peices he recognized. This tour was soooo great! Sooo recommend, we did spend a decent time inside/outside and it happened to be a chilly night so dress warmly!
