Our guide, Bruce, had a wealth of information to share. His love for the state of Colorado was authentic. The length of the tour was just right, and the stops we made were beneficial in making Colorado history come alive for us.
We have done walking tours in other major cities, and this one was among the best!

This is as advertised, a walking tour, so be prepared with sunscreen and water. We both have been in Denver our adult lives and are now retired. We both thought it was a terrific tour, and that Kristina was deeply knowledgeable. She was also mindful of our comfort and needs. We will include this on the itinerary for future out-of-town guests! We also thought it was great to end in Larimer Square with a new historical perspective while enjoying happy hour at Tamayo!

Enjoyable stroll through downtown Denver with historical highlights.
Our guide Katrina was full of stories and interesting “jeopardy” facts. Having visited Denver previously and explored on our own we were familiar with some of the tips about museums and places to see, but the history was still very interesting. Given the proximity of the Women’s History Museum the route made sense. Might consider a reverse direction, starting from the first street in Denver so that the information was presented in more chronological order.

Kristina was an excellent tour guide. She was knowledgeable and had an extensive memory of historical Denver facts. She was also very attentive to the needs of the tour group…it was a very hot day and she made sure all of us were hydrated.

Lisa was an excellent guide! Her background as an educator made her the perfect person to answer a wide range of questions from our curious group. I felt very comfortable joining as a solo traveler and the walking part (I was concerned with altitude) was very mellow and flat or slightly downhill the entire route. A great experience!

My mom, sister and I were in town on a very short trip but wanted to see a big slice of Denver and Bruce did not disappoint. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about the city and the state and pointed out all the highlights and more. The route was flat and easy for all ages. We really enjoyed seeing the old and the new elements of Denver and Bruce filled in all the details. It was a perfect way to spend our limited time in Denver. Highly recommend.

Our tour guide Bruce was fabulous. We saw the heart of Denver from the parks, the capitol, hotels, restaurants, bars, business places, entertainment spots, etc. while Bruce told us interesting tidbits. One downer was we did not end up where we started. We had difficulty finding our parking lot w/o our guide.
