What are people saying about Rome

Vatican City - Extremely Busy for October
Our Italian guide, Andy, had lived overseas so spoke very good English and had a good sense of humour - maybe lost on some in our group. A lot of information to take in but makes you feel you need to learn more. The Sistine Chapel was smaller than we had expected but the Basilica was very impressive. The information we received beforehand said any shorts had to cover the knees and no hats were allowed in the Sistine Chapel but this was not enforced on several people in our group. Plenty of toilets available along the route the guide took.

Great tour of the Colosseum with arena with Mariana M!
Had an excellent 2.5 hour tour led by Mariana M! I was in a small group of 9 people and the tour included the Colosseum with access to the arena, Palatine Hill, and the Roman Forum. Mariana is friendly, knowledgeable, and has a sense of humor. I had an adequate amount of time at each location. The tour ends at the Roman Forum, but does not include a guided tour of the entire Roman Forum area. We were encouraged to explore the rest of the Roman Forum on our own after the tour. I recommend this tour operator to anyone looking for an excellent and smooth experience at the Colosseum. The meeting point was organized and easy to locate. Communication was excellent throughout the booking process.

Fantastic guide!
Amazing tour with incredibly informative guide (Alec) who kept it fun and upbeat! He provided great insight into the Colosseum and broke the tour up well so it flowed seamlessly across the morning. Overall a fantastic morning that was thoroughly enjoyed!

Candy treat
You cannot take pictures in the Sistine chapel. So be aware of that. This tour is a walking tour and will take several hours. Our tour guide was mindful of restroom breaks and even gave us a “candy treat”. He was knowledgeable and seemed to have a great grasp of Italian history.
