Sunset whale watching is a fun experience.

It was a great experience to cruise a long the coastline looking at the city and Diamond Head with beautiful sunset. We saw a few whales sightings and dolphins. Staff were very knowledgeable on whale migration. Great service and friendly talks of staff made the sailing so joyful. We loved the sailing.

Chance, Missy, Gracie, Liana, and the rest of the crew were fantastic. They were fun, energetic, and helpful. The snorkeling was fun and we saw lots of turtles thanks to Liana! She knew all the names of the fish we saw and had fun facts—she even got a sea urchin for us to see. A fun way to spend a morning in Waikiki!

This boat and crew are awesome… they do there best to put you on whales, but right out the gate we saw dolphins doing a show and Sea turtles cruising. We did see some spouts and one hump but due to bad weather recently the whales were very shy. On the way back to dock we had an up close encounter with a monk seal right at the boat.

Awesome tour!

This tour was perfect for our family. We were able to easily see multiple humpback whales and dolphins. Our 8 year old loved the tour. Logan and their crew made it fun for adults and kids. The location was really easy to find and really close to Hilton Hawaiian Village. Once out of the harbor you are able to stand up and move around the boat.

It was a beautiful boat...

It was a beautiful boat ride and the staff was awesome! We didn’t see a whale until the end (and the staff was fully ready to refund us!) but we saw a baby and a mom whale. The crew also knew a lot about the whales. They were the perfect mix of fun and informative. Highly recommend!

The crew was great! Super patient and helpful. My boyfriend ended up getting sea sick and they helped him out in a heartbeat. While in the water the staff showed us different spots that had sea life! One of the staff even brought a sea urchin up for us to sea and hold in the water! We would hands down recommend Moana for your snorkeling!

Living Our Best Lives with Ocean Joy

We had an amazing day with Ocean Joy as we rode on the boat and got to see dolphins, snorkeled with sea turtles, ate a delicious lunch and had an experience our kids will remember for a lifetime. The crew was fantastic and informative. Their photographers captured great pictures of us both on the boat and in the water and the package price is a great value at $40. Long story short, a great experience and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a fun day on the West Oahu coast.

Half day well spent!

Check in and safer briefings were smooth efficient and effective. Our gear was stored in baskets in the cabin of the catamaran boat and easy to access. The crew was fun and engaging and felt like close family towards each other. There were a couple captains, a couple swim safety persons, a couple crew and a photographer. We had 3 swims with progressively better sightings of dolphins, then were taken to a sea wall near the harbor for snorkeling. After the dolphins we had a snack of chips and water and an after the snorkeling a small delicious bento box with kalua pork and an another beverage odd water or juice. Very personable and friendly staff. Highly recommend the tour. Our teenaged mids loved it.
