The staff makes this tour amazing no matter what!!! When the plans had to change due to Hawaiis unpredictable weather we were able to go whale watching and do some site seeing around island! We had an incredible experience with Northshore Zipline Company—truly a highlight of our Maui trip for my wife and daughters! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and at ease. The guides were professional, fun, and extremely safety-focused, which gave us total confidence right from the start. They struck the perfect balance between keeping things light and exciting while making sure everyone felt secure and comfortable. My wife and daughters had an absolute blast. The views were stunning, and each zipline run was just the right mix of adrenaline and enjoyment. The guides were especially great with encouragement, helping everyone push past any nerves and fully enjoy the experience. What stood out most was how smoothly everything was run—from check-in to the final line, it was organized, efficient, and genuinely fun the entire time. If you’re looking for a family-friendly adventure in Maui that’s both exciting and safe, I highly recommend Northshore Zipline Company. We’d absolutely do it again!

Sirena was an amazing...

Sirena was an amazing guide. On our way to the hike she taught about the flora and fauna of the north shore. The hike to the waterfall was fun. Got to hike through the water and bamboo forest and opened up to a gorgeous waterfall. We definitely enjoyed the adventure! Would highly recommend Sirena and the epic waterfall adventure for families with teenage kids.

Really lovely evening

They had to move it indoors because of the weather but it didn’t stop them from putting on a great show. They were energetic and gave us a great history lesson:) the food was so good, especially the kalua pork:) our table guests were very nice. The only thing I can criticize was the sound quality. We had no idea what the lady telling the stories was saying most of the time. We knew we wouldn’t get a fire show inside BUT after the performance they did give us a fire show out towards the lobby. It was really cool to see the dancers talents

Could Not Recommend Enough!

HIGHLY recommend! So many hidden gems that you would miss driving the road to Hana yourself. At most of the stops we were the only ones there or maybe one other small group. It was so nice to see the beauty up-close outside of the car, and to get view of the island more as a local would while still checking out the sights that draw tourists to the road to Hana.

It was nice. Food was...

It was nice. Food was great. Talent was spectacular. Service was excellent. It can get cool at night. I would suggest get there early as suggested in order to get the seat you want at your table. I was solo and first at my table. All was great for me. However a party of five came a little later and wanted everyone else to rearrange seats for them.

Definitely worth it!

I’m very glad we did this hike with a guide. Our friends did it without one and regretted it. Andy was very knowledgeable and planned the hike well so that we could have the best experience. Getting there for 7 am was smart as we didn’t have to fight for a parking spot, the temperature was perfect and not too hot, and the trail wasn’t crowded since we went early. He even brought snacks and beverages for us as well as recommended local restaurants and things to do. Fantastic time!

Wonderful Tour

Great tour! Beautiful Rainforest area. Jojo was great guide. The trail was very good and manageable. It rained right in the middle of the tour for about 10 min, making the tour even better. Because of course you should experience rain while in a rainforest, made it perfect. The chocolate demonstration and tasting were great as well.

Great hiking tour

We had a great time!! Pasco our tour guide was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and had lots of history insight. He was just fun tour guide! Being picked up and dropped off was an added bonus. Saw several watefalls and got to swim in a couple of them. The hike was beautiful. They provided lunch snacks and water. He even provided bug spray which some of us really needed. You won’t regret taking this tour. Very much worth it! Thank you Pasco!
