Very poor service

We went to the address but it was a different business. He could not show us our reservation on the computer but he didn’t charge us. Two of our bike had problems. Mine was just broken but he had no other options for us. The chain fell of twice before we even left the parking lot. He said to just call if we had any problems. But when we returned early he was no where to be found. We survive and made it back in one piece. But will never use them again.

Not an ideal location

We weren’t advised that the bike pick up location had changed so we went to the wrong location. No apologies were given for the error. The maze of resorts is not deal for biking, we repeatedly ended up in areas where we shouldn’t have been trying to make our way to the beach. There should also be an option for larger bike seats as those small ones are quite painful. We ended up not even biking for the full two hours because it was just so frosteaying.

The Road to Front Street!

A friend and I rented the e-bikes and rode 8.6 miles round trip to Front Street. It was a great time! We were able to get pretty far in a few quick minutes. A great and fun way to get around. The owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating. They also have a few different bikes so you can choose what feels most comfortable. I definitely recommend this activity!
