I’m giving it a 2 star only because it felt like a history tour. Nothing about it gave “ghost”. I went with my husband and kids. My kids went in thinking we were going to hear some cool ghost stories but it was definitely history. Which is not bad at all, but that’s not what we bought the tickets for. I should’ve done better research.

This was an awesome spooky-historical tour. So many fun ghost stories, historical fun facts, and a knowledgeable, lively guide! Would definitely recommend if it’s your first time in DC and want a fun evening activity.

I take ghost tours because I learn the often untold or hidden history for a city. A good story teller really does make the experience so much more enjoyable. Well done.
Kyle was very knowledgeable and personable and we enjoyed learning from him. He gave us a lot of history about DC in the area that we were unaware of, which was really cool! Also, it was awesome that fire tour let us move our walking tour to the following day when it was raining pretty hard on the original day of our planned tour. I always appreciate companies working with us to make sure it’s a good experience for all.
Mike was our guide, he was great and very informative, he clearly cares about what he does. It was just me and my friend, so it was more personalized
Short walk around the area of the capital. A fun activity for those looking for a night activity. Some lesser known history lessons.
Unfortunately something happened and we could not make our activity. Bummer. The reason for my review, although I didn't actually attend, is to tell you how great they were to check in with us. I will definitely rebook with them.
It was the best the people were very nice and the story’s were great and it is a fun way to get exercise.

Very fun and entertaining. The Ghost guide was knowledgeable. Great details and friendly. The walk was easy and went to some cool places.
Chris was an excellent guide for this tour. She had a great combination of historical facts and ghostly perspectives. This tour is very family friendly-nothing too gruesome and the walking is about a mile.
We took a group of 8th graders on the tour and they all really enjoyed it. They learned some history while hearing the ghost stories. It was great!
1000% recommend this tour with Chris. She was so insightful, intriguing, and had a humourous flair. A must-do activity!
Fantastic stories and beautiful scenery. Tour guide knew her stuff and was an awesome guide. Would definitely recommend and do again next time visiting

We booked a last minute tour on Easter day. So glad that Rizzo was available. It was almost a private tour as there was only one other participant. Rizzo has a masters in history and it was apparent during the tour. She definitely did her research! The tour was very informative and as spooky as it could be with the newish (1800s) federal buildings.
The tour included fun and interesting stories about the area and was a good way to see some of the buildings.
One of the best tours I have gone on. Our guide, Nick, was knowledgeable, friendly, and humorous. Such a great way to learn about DC’s history and see the sights at night with way less people around.
I really liked our tour guide! It rained on us the entire time and he just journeyed on!! I will be back.
The kids wanted a ghost tour and we got that and more. Love the combination of ghost stories and history all wrapped up in a spunky tour guide name Allegra! Would recommend so anyone with kids and for “big kids” also!

Not what we expected. It was difficult to hear throughout the entire tour. Not a good idea to speak in front of a large, flowing fountain. The historical tidbits were interesting but we wanted a ghost tour. Nothing very ghostly or spooky about the tales. It was dull and uninspired I’m afraid 👻

Our tour guide Richard was amazing. There were a few times that it was difficult to hear him but he was very knowledgeable and engaging. I would definitely take another tour with Richard as our guide.
All the stories were interesting. Learned neat facts I didn’t know. My favorite? The Folgers that still haunt Shakespeares library today. The buildings are beautifully lit up at night. Our guide was very informative and great! very spirited for the job!
Richard was informative and engaging. We had an enjoyable tour (beautiful weather helped). Fun Halloween themed way to end a night in town.
Michael was enthusiastic and entertaining. Not to mention knowledgeable about things besides ghosts which was fun to learn about too!

Tour guide had little to say, but definitely liked talking about scoobie doo which was extremely annoying. We just left the tour.
