The tour guide person was very knowledgeable. That is the only good thing i have to say. This tour is falsely advertised. We thought we would be walking inside visiting the areas listed. Not sitting on a bus. False advertising clearly. The bus smelled like "feet". We did not get to see the WH at all. That was the major reason we wanted to take the tour. If the barriers prevented us from getting up close to or prevented us from seeing the South Lawn, then you all should have removed that or indicated that on your site. I bought this tour on Friday for Sunday. You all had plenty of notice to let customers know and modify your tour advertisement. Your false advertisement is blatant and rises to the level of investigation. For the amount of money spent on this tour compared to other bus tours of the same sites is deliberate.

Thank you for your constructive criticism. It was our honor to serve you and your beautiful family. We truly appreciate your concerns. The reason you were unable to see the north side of the White House (Lafayette Park) is that it has been closed for over two months due to the Presidential Inauguration. Our driver and guide, Mr. Smokey, was able to take you to the south side (Ellipse), where you had the opportunity to view the White House.
We are pleased to hear that you found the tour guide knowledgeable. He made stops at each memorial and encouraged you and your party to spend at least 10-15 minutes at each location; however, we understand you chose not to stop at the FDR, MLK, Jefferson, and Korean War Memorials.
As a gesture of goodwill, we invite you and your party to join us for a complimentary night tour around April. We anticipate that the north side will be reopened to the public by that time. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the closure of the north side of the White House.

Kareem brought us right up to all the major sites and memorials. He was very entertaining and knew a lot of information about the different historical sites. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone that was interested in doing a trip to Washington.

Karem was our guide and really knew how to get around DC. There were a lot of fences being erected around the White House, because of the nearing Presidential election and inauguration, and he tried every trick he knew. He smiled a big grin from the moment we met him, and he had a wealth of knowledge, including many bits of trivia that made our specialized tour fun. He picked us up, and dropped us off where we wanted, and tailored the tour to our specific needs. He was incredible.

We booked the tour for shortly after our arrival. This gave us a great lay of the land. Had a great tour with our tour guide and driver Smokey. He was very knowledgeable about the area and had lots of special tidbits that made the stops all the more enjoyable. Would recommend the tour and Smokey as a guide!!

Regis was the best! He was a history lover's delight, learned, chivalrous, and occasionally humorous. His accounts and anecdotes were thorough and diverse. He allowed ample time at each designated site for up close viewing and for pictures. His patience and helpfulness with my arthritic issues were reassuring as he helped me in and out of the limo. This personal tour was well worth the money.

What a fantastic experience! Regis Is so knowledgeable and accommodating. The tour itself covered many of the monuments, memorials and buildings that we wanted to see with the added bonus of learning so much about them. Regis allowed ample time to get out and experience each location as we wished and the whole experience was relaxing yet fun and engaging! Hands down - this is the best DC tour! Not only did we see all of the amazing sites, along with an extra monument not on the tour, but Regis, is undoubtedly the most knowledgeable tour guide out there. I learned more about American history in the 4.5 hours on this tour, than I ever did in school. Regis not only knows his stuff, but he conveys a genuine passion for his job. We went to DC to see the cherry blossoms, but this tour was definitely the highlight of our trip! Thank you, Regis!
