The tour was fantastic! We saw all the monuments, as well as the Capitol and the Marine Memorial. Driver was awesome describing points of interest as he took us between stops. Highly recommend!

This was a great tour to take. My wife and I enjoyed it immensely. We loved seeing the city and the monuments at night. Our guide was fantastic, patient with us (we tend to move a little slow) , had so much great information and was great to talk to. Would highly recommend this for everyone.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. The driver never showed up. Despite multiple emails and text confirmations they were a no show. Calling Viator did not help.

We wanted your party to know that we do not pick up from Maryland ,despite not being able to reach your party a vehicle was still placed on standby till 8pm ..

First off, I would like to comment on our driver. Although he was very informative and knowledgeable about DC. He was a little crude for our liking. He always thought he was being funny but the 4 adults did not appreciate his humor or the political innuendo’s.
Viator is our go to tour company weather it be overseas or in the states.
Bobby was there early and navigated the streets great . We asked him if he would take us over to the Ford Theater. No problem very accommodating that way.
I would however highly recommend the evening tour . The monuments were spectacular at night and MLK was impressive.

Bobby was a fantastic tour guide with an overview of history in an entertaining manner. Our family of 5 all had great views of the sites in the comfy van with great A/C. Seeing the town in the evening was cooler on a hot summer day, plus less crowded. The lights of the monuments made for some striking pics. Highly recommend.

Bernard was a funny, knowledgeable tour guide and safe driver. We appreciated the cold water here provided, as it was a hot night. He couldn’t possibly have gotten us any closer to the entrances of each monument or building. We had a wonderful tour!

We really enjoyed our moonlight tour of the monuments. Fisseha was very knowledgeable and friendly. He stopped everywhere we wanted. All the war exhibits that my teenager had to see. He also does just families so it was very comfortable. Very clean van. We highly recommend!!!

This was the worst tour that we have ever had - it was very uncomfortable. I feel Bobby is a racist toward white people. When he found out my husband was a retired cop, he started calling him the Po Po asking if he enjoyed putting his knee to people’s throats. He never put a knee to anyone’s throat. I felt like deep down, he did not like white people.

Even though it was raining Tunde made it worth it, very knowledgeable and accommodating.....he even got out in the rain to take pics of us and guide us through the Lincoln memorial...if there is a better guide than Tunde then i dont want him. Also the Benz van with the tint makes you feel like a vip lol

I attempted touring the monuments of D.C on my own with my family but quickly discovered that parking is a constant issue; often having to search 45 minuets to an hour for an open space and then rushing back or having to forfeit my space because my time expired. In two days we saw only two monuments and one museum. On this tour we hit every monument the White House and all the big buildings. We even had enough time to see some recent additions to the city. I absolutely recommend this tour.

Saw several spots, but not a 4 hour tour, more like a 2 1/2 hour tour. At last minute we were told that our hotel was not close enough for free pick-up and drop-off, and that this would require an additional $65.

Seeing the DC monuments and memorials at nighttime was very pretty. I was very disappointed however with the quality of this night tour-the tour guide (Victor) was not very friendly nor informative about the history of the monuments or memorials. He told us to be in lobby waiting between 7:00 and 7:30 with no specific time given. He didn’t even pull up to the hotel door so we had to walk our dad out to the street with his cane. Victor basically just drove us without providing any history behind the tour. He didn’t open and close doors for us nor even offered to assist one of our physically challenged family members. Compared to other private DC tours we took this week, this was a huge disappointment. I would ask for a refund of the tour if I knew how. Our tour lasted 1.5 hours total and he didn’t offer to show us anything else.

NOT ACCURATE:We stand by our tour guide Victor,an American History major so we know for sure that your review is a misrepresentation.He doesn’t have to open the door for you because we know for certain that on this tour he was driving a 2021 Mercedes Benz Sprinter with automatic doors,your party was also driven to all the memorials on the mall except for the Supreme Court because of height restrictions on the vehicle he was driving that night.
Your party also decided to call it a night because according to the lead traveler it was too cold.

Victor was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately it was pouring rain during our tour, but he still made it personable and memorable. I would do this again when it’s warmer and not raining to get the full private “hop on, hop off experience”

Our guide was knowledgeable, attentive, and very friendly. He knew right where to drop us off to get us the best access to the monuments for pictures. He picked us up promptly and conveniently. He was a safe and patient driver, which I appreciated as we had my kids with us. He picked us up and dropped us off right in front of our Air BnB. It was an ideal experience for our family - saved me all the planning and driving while I sat back and let an expert take us to all the highlights. When my kids got tired, he took us back home.
