Deceptive, untrustworthy. They scammed me.

Elite service was supposed to contact me 48 in advance informing us of the driver and then 24 hours in advance as to the pickup location. They never did either. There is a 24 hour cancel policy. Their first contact time was 17 hours before pickup to tell me there would be an extra $50 charge each way. I said no and they said , well it's too late for you to cancel. Regardless, they never showed up anyway but are still charging me. I don't think they had any intention of fulfilling the deal, other than to maybe send an uber. Because they are still charging me, I believe they are deceptive and not to be trusted. I will never use them or Viator again.

The driver was not told that we have four suitcases in to carry on. He was not even waiting for us. When I called I was told it will be a while before he gets there. We canceled it and called Uber which came within a few minutes and no issue. We will never use your service. Please refund the money.
