Wow! Christopher was an amazing guide, and turned this into the trip of a lifetime. I’ve been to DC a number of times, but never had the chance to hit all the amazing memorials at night. The views were incredible, and Christopher’s commentary was insightful and entertaining for our whole family. We felt like celebrities as he would drop us feet away from all the sites and gave us as much or as little time as we wanted at each to experience them. When someone tells me they are visiting DC this will my top recommendation not to miss.

This tour was the perfect experience for our little family. Christopher picked us up promptly at our hotel and ensured that we saw everything on our list since we had very limited time in The District. The guide's vehicle had poor visibility from the back seat. We had to crane our heads to see anything of height. The front seat passenger head rest was the size of a bed pillow, and shifting over to the center to see out the front windshield was useless because the glass was filthy. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly, but his bad breath necessitated us having to roll down our windows. We felt sorta rushed through the tour. We paid for a 3 hour tour but, in fact, were back at our hotel in 2. It was not even close to being worth what we paid for this private tour.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations, especially since we aim to provide an exceptional night tour for every guest.
For clarity, your tour was conducted in a brand-new GMC Yukon, which offers excellent visibility from all seating positions. I’m sorry if the headrest design felt uncomfortable — that is built into the manufacturer’s design, and unfortunately not something we can modify.
Regarding feeling rushed, I do want to note that at every single stop, you were encouraged to take your time and return whenever you were ready. In fact, several major stops — including the White House, U.S. Capitol, World War II Memorial, and Vietnam Veterans Memorial — were offered to you, but your group chose not to get out at those locations. We always tailor our tours to each group’s pace, so we would never move on without your approval.
Your guide did complete the full itinerary, and based on your group’s choices, the tour naturally concluded earlier than the full three hours.
I’m also disappointed to hear the comment regarding the windshield and your guide’s breath. The vehicle is cleaned thoroughly before each tour, and this issue was not reported on the night of your tour or by guests before or after. Still, I take all feedback seriously and will address this internally to ensure every guest feels completely comfortable.

Our tour guide and driver Brittany was very kind and informative. Our office went as a team to tour the monuments and make some memories. The monuments are so beautiful at night, not very crowded and the city felt very safe.

This was such an amazing experience for our family! It was our first night in DC of our trip and we learned so much right away. The monuments were beautiful to see at night and our tour guide was funny and kept us entertained the whole time. We got to see so many monuments with multiple laughs along the way. We drove to all the places then got out to walk not too far to the actual monument’s for close ups and photos. I would highly recommend!

Great night tour. Fun, knowledgeable guide. 10-year old really liked him and the stories he told about the presidents and monuments - things we wouldn't otherwise hear. Good amount of time to walk and look closely at several sites. Christopher is the best!
