For a comfortable and enjoyable experience, we recommend bringing comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, a sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and drinks for hydration.
Children under 6 may require a booster seat by law. Most tours operate with coach buses where booster seats are not required. However, for certain winter departures that may use vehicles such as minivans or vans, booster seats may be needed. Please contact the tour operator in advance if needed. Please note: If you select the "Maid of the Mist Boat Ride Only" option, it means you are booking only the boat ride ticket at Niagara Falls. This option does not include the 2-day tour itinerary, hotel accommodation, round-trip transportation from Washington D.C., or any driver/guide services.
You must contact the tour operator at least 3 days prior to the departure date to provide the pick-up location. If no information is received by the deadline, the default pick-up location and time will be automatically assigned: 6:30am at Washington D.C. (Shakespeare Theatre)--610 F Street NW, Washington D.C.

Thomas Chiu He was very helpful and had a great warm Sense for helping his charges He was extremely organized and kept a schedule that was respectful and helpful he was also quite knowledgeable of the exhibits very knowledgeable about the best places to stand when witnessing the events and experiences also very respectful and responsive to needed breaks and food options Hotel was great as well Only issue is the transportation, the vehicle is definitely in need of upgrading I am a 5’ 10” guy and legs were definitely hurting after a while but Thomas did enough stops to keep me from cramping and was very patient with all the guests

So I loved niagra Falls and the corning museum. They were very awesome. However i will have to give a low score due to having absolutely no leg room in the van, it was very very hot in the van, the tour guide should learn more English very hard to understand. I felt very rushed and would like to have more time in the corning museum. Other than that I loved the trip. Niagra Falls was stunning. Next time I will do the trip on my own.

Our guide is bilingual, might not as nature as native speaker, but communication with customers was smoothly, he will try his best to improve his English. Regarding the space on the vehicle, there was still one seat empty that day, it should be more space, we apologize you feel the leg room was not enough. One of the AC air volume did not big enough, others were big enough, we already send it to repair. Any problem you met on tour could ask the guide for help, if possible, they are willing to help you solve! The tour was as described and each event was informative. The drive which is a significant number of hours would have been more accommodating with a larger van, and more charging outlets. Upgrading the lunch stop with better offerings than Sheets would have created a more pleasurable trip.

We are very satisfied with Mr. Thomas's kind guidance and recommended food. One thing that could be improved is that people should not be encouraged to go barefoot when entering Cave of the Winds. It was not so wet, and walking barefoot made the soles of my feet very sore and I could not enjoy the scenery (we were the only ones walking barefoot). Except for this point, I gave the tour a perfect score because it was more satisfying than I expected.

The vehicle was a 14-seater Ford, extremely uncomfortable, further made terrible by the driver/guide's poor driving skills. We all ended up with sore backs and necks after the 12 hour journey on the way to the falls (twice the driving time from DC). The Niagara Inn was unclean, and serves no food or cutlery or breakfast, only arrangements for hot water/coffee. Luckily there were some Indian restaurants close by where we could grab a decent meal. The driver/guide (Thomas Chiu) kept rushing and chasing us everywhere and did not allow us to calmly enjoy the destination. Would be better to go on our own next time.

Dear Customer, It is indeed a long journey to Niagara Falls, considering the long distance, we will usually have some stops every 2 or 3 hours, so that customers could have a break and use bathroom. Food and beverage are not included in the tour fee, so the hotel has no breakfast, you can buy some food or have breakfast at the restaurants nearby the hotel. If you room has sanitation problem, we hope you could tell the guide immediately, so that our guide could help you ask for a new room with the hotel. Regarding the destination, the duration time of every attractions were operated as the itinerary described, if time permits, the guide also willing to provide more for customers, hope they could have a pleasure day! We hope the above explanation can help solve any misunderstandings that might have occurred.

Navigating into the falls!! Feeling the mist and hearing the sounds of the falls, amazing!! Our trip was long but at the end it was worthy. The only problem was visiting the caves at night time, there’s few lights. But overall was okay!!
