Eric was very entertaining - knowledgeable of SF/North Beach historical facts. Pointed out areas of interest in this area. As the area to be covered is honestly not that large, plenty of time for good conversation while sampling various foods this neighborhood is noted for.

My husband and I had a great experience with Mike! It was only the two of us on the tour, and Mike let us take our time and customize the tour. He had a wealth of information about not only North Beach, but also San Fran. He provided us with many great activity and restaurant recommendations.

Scott Lettieri was an absolutely wonderful guide! So much history, stories and fabulous food!! His narration was outstanding and showed us so many places you might otherwise miss. We loved the food, and only wish we were here longer to enjoy more of it. Highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Scott was a wonderful and knowlegable guide. He balanced humor with history and it was greatly appreciated. The great thing for us is that due to the amount of walking and having mobility issues Scott brought food to us where we were sitting so we did not miss out on anything. We told him not to worry because we anticipated we might have that issue but he would not let us miss the fabullous food we tasted. He totally understood that not all of the group was as slow as us and made it still a fabulous experience.

Hard to say just one. All the food was delicious, especially the fettuccini alfredo. Scott was a wealth of local North beach and literary history; so happy we booked this tour.

Our guide Lauren was great. She gave us a lot of historical information about North Beach. She was also very though about the food selections to ensure that we had a well-rounded flavor experience. It was the perfect amount of food, not too much walking (but enough to walk off what we just ate!), and it was timed perfectly. I would highly recommend!

Our guide, Scott, was terrific. His knowledge of the neighborhood, its history and, of course, its food was awesome. He peppered his narrative with vignettes of the people who made North Beach famous (and occasionally infamous), starting with the Spanish missionaries and the gold rush through the Beat Generation and the more recent past.
We loved the food, too, from the sandwiches at Molinaro through the final gelato from Lush. Yum!
