It would be much easier if the agent just sent us tickets to the venue. It adds a level of difficulty to physically locate the agent in order to receive the tickets for admission. Although it says skip the line we had to wait in a fairly long line. Granted the people without tickets had an intolerable wait. Without Wi-Fi we were unable to download the audio app so most of the time were in the dark as to what we were experiencing. The agent should provide Wi-Fi and assist with downloading the app. All that aside, the Basilica and Museum are must sees when in Rome.

I booked an online reservation with Biagio Tour Guide for the Vatican Basilica, Museums, and Sistine Chapel and paid over €100, which felt overpriced for the experience.
The process was poorly structured. First, we had to collect the tickets at a kiosk, then queue—despite having a 10:30 AM reservation. In reality, the reservation made no difference, as we still waited around two and a half hours.
The tickets were sold as “skip-the-line,” which is misleading given the actual waiting time. On top of that, we had to return to the office again to collect additional tickets.
For this price, the entire process should be fully digital and clearly communicated. At the very least, expectations around waiting times should be transparent.
Overall, I would recommend booking directly via the official page.

The only complaint is the luck of information the beginning where and how to get the Boucher. Too much protocol., especially in that kind of crowd at the Vatican, which is overwhelmed. Especially if you go with a disabled person and no language, Not sympathy or help.
If we buy online the entrance tickets should be automatically online too, so we don’t have to go around and around with any clue where to go.

Entrance is free and the line to go in free was faster than the line that I paid for.
They say you will get a guide and you are left on your own.

Be on time or they will leave without you . Apparently ,which I did not know getting into the Basilica is free . Tour not super expensive $18 /each , but still wasted money on paying for tour . Hoping to get refund but doubtful.

Dear Customer,
We are sincerely sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations.
However, we would like to provide some clarifications regarding the services included in the experience you purchased:
Priority access to St. Peter’s Basilica involves an additional cost and is not part of the free services.
The digital audio guide of the Basilica is also an additional service, included in your package.
The envelope delivered to our customers also included the multimedia video (valued at €15), available at our Touristation offices near Piazza Ara Coeli.
Finally, all services were accompanied by the assistance of our staff, which represents an added value to the experience.
We would also like to emphasize that the appointment at the meeting point requires punctuality, out of consideration for the other customers who purchased the same experience. In any case, our staff always tries to contact participants by phone to check whether any unforeseen circumstances have occurred.
That said, since it is not possible to trace your booking through this review, we kindly invite you to get in touch with us by writing to info@touristation.it
, so that we can investigate the matter further and provide you with the necessary assistance.
We thank you for your feedback, which represents a valuable opportunity for us to improve, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again in the future to offer you an experience more in line with your expectations.
Kind regards,
The Touristation Team

This was wonderful! For not that much money, I was able to access St. Peter’s and experience all its splendor. Very easy to redeem the voucher and the tour company literally led you to the ticket entry!

Ho prenotato ingresso basilica e musei vaticani con salta fila al momento del ritiro mi sono ritrovato i biglietti per la basilica e il salta code inesistente … la ragazza che ha consegnato i biglietti scortese e quasi scocciata della consegna
Silvia_B, Apr 2026
At the meeting point, we would not be given any information about later entry into the Vatican. We've been instructed and wandered. Was a disaster!

The meeting place was very easy to find and we got the tickets without any problems and were able to carry out our tour independently. Since we were on the road at Easter, we had to fight with a lot of crowds and tolerated a lot.
