We booked this tour last minute but it was perfect for us. We wanted to see the inside of the Colosseum but go at our own pace. This tour gave us just that.

We did not force you to book it , You saw the price and book it. You did not find the ticket anywhere, after that you got it from us .
This audio guided tour with ticket is not for poor minded people.

The host is super nice and knowledgeable. He holds a flag with company logo and is easy to find. I booked the tour at 12:30 but the time ticket I got was for 1:30 pm so make your travel plan accordingly. The ticket gets you into three attractions but did not include the Arena ticket for the Collosseum.

You receive a download link which provides audio description of 12 areas of the colosseum. Had hoped for better inc visual interpretation of gladiator combats.

The meeting was hard to locate. Once there, our guide was late. Then they provided no guidance or recommendations on what to see and do once you get in the Colosseum. I didn’t read that we needed our own audio however even for those in our group that had audio they were not able to follow either with resources provided.

Good evening , Its waste of time to reply. You wrote us you did not read the booking detail that is why you could not find it. Our educated, intelligent and nice people are visiting everyday and they know how to find it, what is included what is not what should bring and should not.
You should have booked anther platform or wait in the line hours after hours to get the tickets and no instruction that would be the better tour specially for you , please do not waste your money. keep it for the next centaury.

The audio guide is AI slop and not at all interesting. No stories—just basic facts. We stopped it midway through and just figured out things on our own.
The biggest issue, however, is that the times are not fixed. In fact, this is my third Colosseum tour to have booked, and not ONCE has the original time been adhered to. I cannot recommend Viator for touring the Colosseum.

I did not like this at all. They simple got the tickets for us, which I could have easily done and gave us links to information about the site which I also could do on my own.

I had a bit of a personal emergency in the morning, but the tour operators were kind and patient, and helped me reconnect with the tour when I arrived late. I very much appreciate that.
I liked being able to go at my own pace around the sites, taking time where I was most interested. My only issue was that even though the audio guide was informative, I found it hard to keep up with. It didn't give very good directions on how to get to the next spot. So, sometimes I got off track.

Easy self guided tour of the Colosseum with very simple download of the audio guide. Be aware lots of stairs to walk up. My favorite part was the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill.

The truth behind the 24 hour ticket. We assumed we could return the next day but were told that once we went in, there was no further entrance. Not explained anywhere. Highly recommend against this ticket

Super sketchy guys. The guys gave me my tickets at the meetup place across the street from the Colosseum. It was time for me to enter the Colosseum but they wouldn’t stop talking to me and wanted me to let them download links on my phone. They wouldn’t let me leave until I just walked away. Felt like I was getting scammed. I recommend getting your tickets not through a 3rd party site such as this. There is no such thing as skip the line. There is a timed entry on all the Colosseum tickets regardless where you buy them. Get them through the official Colosseum website, a trustworthy source with no risk of scams or hassle and no markup price on the tickets.

The guide was very knowledgeable. Although, talked for 1 hour while showing pictures from a book. Then started to show everything in the museum he talked about in a rapid pace.
The guide should have the knowledge from their experience approximately how long the tour will run. Not 1 1/2 hours longer than scheduled time. Also it would have been great to know their was only one drinking fountain on the entire 4 1/2 our tour and none for sale.

You’re better off buying tickets directly from the official Colosseum website—these third-party companies charge nearly double, and there’s no real benefit. There was no separate skip-the-line entry; we waited in the same line as everyone else, which moved in about 10–15 minutes. The meeting point outside the Metro station was confusing, and after waiting 15 minutes with no one showing up, we had to call them. They ended up just sending the tickets via WhatsApp anyway.
(Also, if you don’t have WhatsApp or reliable Wi-Fi, this setup could be a mess. The company should provide clearer instructions and send tickets in advance so travelers can download them at their hotel with stronger Wi-Fi, rather than waiting around thinking someone will meet them.)

Guide was nice but does not go inside to explain things with you. They give you a prerecorded message as you stumble through the colosseum not knowing which audio to play where.

Raju was very responsive when we booked the tickets. We received a call and email for the confirmation. Meeting place was very easy to find. He was also helpful with adjusting our entry time so we have sufficient time.
The tickets were not with a tour guide which is specifically noted in the description before you buy it. This was perfect for us during this trip because we were traveling with elders so it was nice to be walking on our own without being with a big tour group that might be walking faster than our elders can keep up with. We were provided with an app link for explanation for each areas which we can listen to again at home if we wanted to.
Overall it was a perfect way for us to see the Colosseum since we get to dictate our own pace.

I thought I would be part of a group that got to explore this beautiful piece of history. Instead, I was asked for my WhatsApp account, given links to a virtual tour (which were useless since I did not have headphones or AirPods) and sent on my way to wait in lines for each site - despite a claim of 'bypass the lines'.
Unlike my Vatican tour, where I was part of a group with a wonderful guide, this experience was an epic fail. Basically, I paid for someone to buy my ticket for me.
