- Name on the ticket: All entrance tickets must be purchased in the name of the visitor. It is mandatory to ensure that the name entered during the booking process matches the visitor's identification. Regardless of the purchaser, the ticket must be in the visitor's name to be valid for entry.
- Invalid Tickets: If the name on the ticket does not match the identity of the visitor, the ticket will be considered invalid and cannot be used for entry.
- Liability: We do not accept any responsibility for any mistakes made during the booking process. If the visitor's name is entered incorrectly, the ticket will be invalid and no refunds or corrections can be made.
- Security: Visitors must pass through airport-style security. The wait at the security checkpoint can last more than 30 minutes, depending on Vatican security.

Overall the experience is great and good value BUT a clearer explanation about the need to attend their office to collect a printed ticket before you go to the Vatican is needed. You book online you get a confirmation with a QR code you would assume this is your ticket but it's not.

It was much less expensive to book these tickets online in advance. When we arrived to pickup our advance purchased tickets, the counter price tickets were about 30% higher.

You do NOT skip the line with this ticket and need to go IN PERSON to the hole in the wall store to pick up your pass. They then walk you to the end of the 'skip the line' line. We then waited another HOUR to go through security.

I booked the Skip the Line Ticket to St. Peter’s Basilica with Viator, and the whole experience was great! The booking process was super easy, and the skip-the-line option made the visit much smoother and more enjoyable.

I was very skeptical given the prior reviews, and knowing that you do NOT need tickets to enter the Basilica….but it worked!! We skipped the public line, and entered a much shorter line. After waiting about 20 minutes, we were in. Yay!!!

The church was absolutely beautiful and worth seeing. However, the tour was not well organized—we waited in line for over an hour despite booking ‘skip the line,’ and there was no guide, so we weren’t sure what happened. The guide was shoving more and more people in the line. I do not recommend this tour.

It was not at all skip the line experience. They just make us pass one segment of the queue remaining you have to do like any other online booking queue. Didn’t find it good at all.

This was the best purchase! We waited maybe about 20 minutes. But the regular line was about a hour wait. This was the easiest process and the quickest option to get you into the Basilica. Beautiful Church

SCAM!!!!!!!! Do NOT book this experience with Gyash Tours! Our guide walked us in through the first check point, which had absolutely zero line all day, to only them point to the extremely LONG line of people quad up for a second scan of the same exact ticket , that line took over hour 45 minutes, meanwhile other companies were bringing their guest right past the line to the from to actually “skip the line”! We requested a refund as the service was certainly NOT provided it was denied, now we will handle directly with the credit card company. Do not book, they provide zero “skip the line” service and take your money!

Booked this tour super last minute literally that morning and so happy we did. We only waited about 30 min for security which you can’t bypass but our tour guide made time pass quickly with facts and stories. Our tour guide Alishba was not only super knowledgeable but made every piece she spoke about interesting. She interacted with us, asked and answered questions and really gave life to the tour of the Basilica. Best tour we had on our Rome trip hands down!

I wish you hadn’t asked me to review because I have used Viator before with success. This was not good. I showed up at the location to pick up my ticket and it was closed. I got there at 7:30 AM because my ticket entrance was 8 AM. The pick up point was empty and seriously I should be reimbursed…. The lesson I learnt was not to ever accept a ticket That is an immediately downloaded digitally.

Our agency normally opens at 9:00 AM. However, when there are bookings with early entrance times, as in your case, we open earlier in order to allow customers to collect their tickets on time.
For your 8:00 AM entrance, your ticket was handed to you at 7:55 AM, allowing you to enter as scheduled.
For this reason, we do not believe it is correct to state that the service was not provided, nor that there are grounds for a refund, as we fulfilled the service as agreed.

Don’t book this. They say it is a no queue ticket but you simply join the queue with everyone else… it’s not worth paying the extra

We would like to clarify that a “skip-the-line” ticket allows you to avoid the queue for purchasing tickets, but it does not eliminate any lines related to security checks or entrance controls, which depend on visitor flow and the site’s organization.
Generally, visitors without a ticket must face a much longer queue, while those who already have a ticket can use a faster access procedure, although waiting times may still vary.
For this reason, we believe that describing the service as not worthwhile does not accurately reflect the difference between the two access methods.

The Basilica is one of the most beautiful places you will visit. The beat the queue ticket was excellent. Easy spot to meet the operator to get the ticket and we were straight in.
