It was a positive experience but I caution those who struggle with large crowds and large group tours. The skip line was a benefit but there was still some waiting just not as long as those waiting in line to get into the museum. The audio devices are just okay and are required for groups with more than five. While they guide was English speaking, there is a definite accent and at times can be difficult but more so because of the listening device. The museum portion was interesting but not what I was most interested in. The Sistine Chapel and Basilica is where I would have like to spend the majority of the tour. I tried to find and purchase an early access tour before the museum opened but it was already sold out.

The longest, most packed, busy, hot tour of all. Literally my least favorite of our whole trip. Not worth paying for a guided tour. Do it yourself so that you can go as fast or as slow as you want

Guide was knowledgeable and very friendly. Very busy but you can still see everything without feeling overwhelmed by people. Good amount of walking but less than other tours Iâve been on which was great. Worth skipping the line.

Enjoyed a whole tour. It started from 4 pm and we thought it might be too late, but it was actually much better than morning or daytime tour as less people and less heats.

We were given the incorrect tickets three times before Vatican guards allowed us to enter. Therefore, we lost about 45 mins of time and the tour felt rushed in some places. Despite the ticket fiasco, our guide was very nice and knowledgeable, and we were able to enjoy the museum, Sistine chapel, and the basilica.

This was so disappointing that I want a partial refund. Marguerite was a scatter brain. She showed up at 1:58 when we were messaged to be there 20 minutes beforehand to check in. Otherwise you could forfeit the tour and no refund as they will not wait for you. We were asking other guides for help. Then she forgot a group of 6 people with last name âGordonâ. She never even asked for them at the beginning. She only roll called for 3 names and not them. We cross the street, get in line and get through passports. Then sheâs asking where they are! I told her she never asked for them from the beginning. We had 9 people from the get go and not 15. She was repetitive and seemed unorganized. She argued with the girl handing out the headphones. She asked if we even wanted them?! Of course we wanted them. We had no guide to figure out where to go through the museums. There were guides explaining different things in all the rooms and we had no one!!!! We expect some refund on our credit card. No guide so services were not provided that we pre-paid for. They changed from the original guide that we had. I had questions about that and they promptly responded before the tour. Of course, they are not responding now as they got my $$$$.

Very disappointed in the disrespect in the Sistine chapel. The crowds were very chatty and it was a lot of picture taking the God rushed through. We really could've used a little more time in the actual museum.

The guide was great, HOWEVER, our tickets were never sent to 4 people in the group which delayed the tour by 50 minutes. Also, we were very excited to go to St. Peterâs Basilica which was part of the payment for the tour and the tour guide told us halfway through that we didnât have tickets to get us in to St. Peterâs Basilica. That was very disappointing. Lastly, even though the tour started late and we didnât go to St Peters, the guide still ended the tour 30 minutes early. So the 3 hour tour we paid for ended up being 1 hour and 40 minutes. When I reached out to them after the tour requesting a partial refund since we didnât get to go to all of our stops they politely denied my request.

The entire experience was great. Not only is the trip worth the price. The tour guide I had was phenomenal! She was able to immerse the group into historical events with her knowledge and passion. I have never walked away from a tour feeling better because my contact with a tour guide. She is truly a gem to the company. My only regret is she lives in Rome instead of the states. I would truly have her as a friend.

Staring up at the Sistine chapel and looking at the School of Athens by Raphael was amazing. The other Vatican museums were alright and nothing too crazy. I wish we spent some time in the St. Peterâs basilica though.

Being left on the steps of the cafe. We arrived at 8:45 am for a 9am tour and asked everyone we could about our tour company which we couldnât find. When we called at 9am they said they decided to start early and made no efforts for us to join. The Vatican is a lot to take in so we saw the Sistine chapel and left. What a profound disappointment. If you want to do an early tour have the tour leave early. They said they called and we received no emails or calls. We later found a call at 8:31am that didnât come through. Please work with other tour groups. They were all there.
