Really great experience! We booked through Viator as tickets through official website had sold out but this was so easy! We were worried as were due to visit the day before the Pope’s funeral but a quick message to organiser confirmed all still okay but asked we get their 15 mins earlier. Were met at pickup point and escorted to the correct door and went straight into the Vatican despite large crowds! Very friendly and easy visit, would recommend.

Lack of information. Very unorganized, very crowded. Could not get to see a lot of things because there were tours taking over. Very hard to navigate. No help to ask questions. Almost didn't get in because my iphone had froze and I could not get to the ticket verification.
