We had an absolute blast at Alessandro’s pasta and tiramisu making class in Rome! Alessandro and his colleague were phenomenal—his charisma, clear instructions, and infectious passion for Italian cuisine made the experience truly special. The cozy, clean establishment was perfect for our group of eight, creating an intimate and fun vibe. We learned to craft pasta from scratch and whip up a divine tiramisu, paired with delicious wine. The food we made was so delicious, one of our best meals in Roma. It was a highlight of our trip and a must-do for anyone seeking an authentic, unforgettable Roman experience. Highly recommend!
