One star not for the sightseeing itself, but for the way it was organized. The day before the booked attraction, it turned out that the organizer could not carry it out on the selected date—if at all. The exchange of messages on WhatsApp lasted for several hours, and in the end we did not receive all the tickets we had ordered.

We really enjoyed the colosseum, forum and surrounding area. We both had problems with the audio portion when our browser timed out and we had to re-login and then try to figure out where we were in the audio file. They should make that easier with index points or chapters that would make it easier to find your place.

Your appointed operator cancelled our tickets as we were leaving! I contacted Viator on live chat to check this and was told my tickets were OK.We went to the colosseum and were refused entry as no voucher had been issued and went around in circles on live chat for 2 hours getting nowhere.The experience was tarnished massively and we wasted this day in Rome because of this.You did sort the refund
