As I land in Rome after a 8+ hour flight from Chicago I receive an email that my car service scheduled and paid was cancelled for some unfortunate circumstance. But I should thank them because an Uber was 1/3 the price

The driver was there when we exited the baggage claim area, the vehicle was spotless inside and out. The only negative, and this was probably not their fault, but the walk to get to the vehicle was ridiculous and because there were 4 of us we had to drag our own bags the whole way. Overall, I would recommend this company.
