Luca was a great driver. He arrived 30 mins early which he did communicate via Whatsapp to coordinate early arrival. On the way to the airport he gave us info on some Roman sites we passed. He helped us with our bags getting in the van and off at the airport. Highly recommend Luca.

Hired a private transfer from Rome to airport but had flight time change and needed an earlier pick up and could nit get any help from viator or transfer company. Unsatisfied with getting help or communication when stressful flight change happened( which often does) i will not book a transfer through Viator again

Very much on time picking us up for the airport. The only negative would be the spot of drop off at the airport we had to backtrack. We used Viator more than once our trip and would tell people to use them. It made traveling easier.
