Hired a private transfer from Rome to airport but had flight time change and needed an earlier pick up and could nit get any help from viator or transfer company. Unsatisfied with getting help or communication when stressful flight change happened( which often does) i will not book a transfer through Viator again

Provider’s response time is terrible. Amendment to pick up time not allowed within 24 hours . So be it. This does not excuse provider’s failure to respond at all to request to amend pick up time (as opposed to cancelling booking). Wasted 90 minutes of my time so be warned. Taxi from hotel is cheaper and likely just as good.
