We arrived at the departure site with no person with a flag. I called customer service- a voice message only. I started a chat via the Viator site- no one answered. Finally, someone showed up after the entrance time. The flag had multiple names on it, was a confusing process, not sure why when other tours were straight forward. This started off our journey expectations as very low. We also did not realize the audio tour was on our own phones! No mention of this! We had to hold the phone up to our ear. Other tours provided headset …. Of course the inside of the Pantheon was amazing and we. Read a lot on our own. I would suggest a lLIVE person tour for this.

Would not recommend this company. The representatives never showed up, with multiple guests waiting for 30mins +. Once we were able to contact the tour operator after multiple attempts, he sent me a ticket that was already used, and did not allow me entry. The offical at the site even showed me that when scanned, it came joe the already used. When I asked the company about this, they denied it, saying it was not possible. They continued to message me 6 hours later, stating it was my fault for not entering at the designated time, despite that not being possible due to their lack of communication and service.

Look up the mass times before you book. We booked on a Sunday at 9:30 and was able to attend the 10:30 mass. They did kick out everyone not attending the mass though.

There’s no need to buy this. I only paid for it because I thought there would be a benefit to skip the line & wanted the audio guide. There was no line and no audio guide. The point person had us scan a QR code. We had cell reception issues & couldn’t access the guide. I was expecting a more traditional headset like the ones provided by the Pantheon for €7. The ticket from the Pantheon was €5. We would’ve been better off buying directly from the Pantheon.

Tour guide was good and punctual but no need to spend extra $$ to a skip a non-existing line.

The tour guy contacted me and was punctual in delivering the QR code, but I don't feel a skip-the-line ticket was necessary for this visit. Go to the website to purchase tickets directly—no long line for the Pantheon. I insist that the tour guide was not the problem; he was really great!

We arrived two minutes late due to severe congestion from the Jubilee and our guide left without us. Luckily the guide for the next tour helped us get in but we did not receive the audio tour equipment we paid for. Really appreciate the nice guy that got us in. It’s kind of our fault for not leaving earlier but we had no idea some guy was going to try and drive a car through the Trevi fountain area and cause a huge problem. We immediately started looking for the flag as soon as we entered the plaza and checked the Pantheon entrance line, I suspect they left earlier than they were supposed to or gave up on us at exactly 5 minutes before our tour otherwise we should’ve caught them walking in. Not even waiting two extra minutes for us was frustrating.

Missed the tour due to a bus delay. Try to contact the operators, but no one ever responded. So I went there the next day and discovered there's a self pay kiosk for $5 and no major line to skip. It's one big room, not much to see. Definitely, wouldn't have been worth the $15 to skip the nonexistent line.

This tour did grant skip the line tickets. However, the audio guide was only a qr-code with no earpiece. The audiobook quide was an AI generated voice that felt like it was reading a summary of a Wikipedia article.

Skip the line means they have somebody else stand in line for the group with pre purchased tickets. The audio is a link to online info that is minimal at best. It’s not really a scam and the Pantheon is everything you imagine and way more.

Some confusion as to why we had to wait in a really long line to get into the Pantheon. They had closed in the day and opened back up later. But once we were in it was stunning! I highly recommend going inside to see the beautiful dome ceiling.
