It was a great experience touring the coliseum. Our tour guide Sara was very helpful and friendly. Lots of interesting information she shared about the site and all its history. This tour is only of the coliseum but the ticket allows you into the Roman forum. Definitely a must try if you are considering.

Cuts the line, no waiting. Milo got us around the Colosseum with detail. Milo even gave us recommendations for what to go see around the outside of the Colosseum with details as well. Wonderful tour!

I wish I could remember our guides name. He did such a great job. Such a wealth of knowledge. He was on time, started right away, navigated us through everything with so much information about the history of the colosseum. We loved this tour! .

Very disappointed ran around trying to find meeting point for 45 mins asked several people for help never did find it and finally a girl on a golf cart helped us and called them , they eventually sent the vouchers through what’s app so we did get in for a short time without any earbuds so just quickly got to go through it was extremely hot .

We sent you detailed meeting point instructions, your tickets, and information on how to access the audioguide app via email the day before your tour. Our guide waited at the designated meeting point from 2:30 PM until 2:55 PM and made multiple attempts to contact you by phone. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response. We understand that finding the meeting point can sometimes be challenging in Rome's busy areas, and we will review our instructions to make them even clearer.
We're glad that eventually we were able to send the vouchers via WhatsApp so you could still enter the Colosseum, even if it was without earbuds and for a shorter time. We understand this was not the experience you had hoped for.

I rate this one star there was a discrepancy with the date. My flight had been changed. We were family of eight and instead of doing the excursion one day when they change the flight I requested not to cancel the excursion but just to move it a day later.. they would not accommodate my date, and kept the $660 that my family spent for the excursion. They said they couldn’t change the date because the ticket was already booked. It was just a matter of literally changing a date. I didn’t notify them the day of. I notified them the day before…. Buying tickets and going on our own and seeing the tours, there was no reason why they just couldn’t change a date very disappointing….. so pretty much unless you live in Italy I don’t recommend this excursion. We were trying to fly in a day before and flights got changed…. It would be understandable if we were trying to cancel and get our money back everyone because we reschedule it to the next day

However, we would like to clarify a few points:
1. Date change request: We received your request to change the date approximately 10 hours before the scheduled tour time. Due to the nature of Colosseum ticket bookings—which are strictly tied to specific dates and time slots—it is not possible to change the date once tickets have been issued. This is a restriction imposed by the Colosseum ticket office, not by our company.
2. The tour still ran: Despite your family's absence, the tour proceeded as scheduled with two other participants. Our guide and our costs remained the same.
3. We offered a solution: When you called us, we offered your agent the opportunity to rebook the tour at a 50% discounted price for a later date, as a goodwill gesture. We were informed that this offer would be considered, but we never received a follow-up response.
4. Flight changes: We completely understand that flight changes are beyond your control, and we sympathize with your situation. However, these changes are not something we can be held responsible for.
We genuinely wish we could have accommodated your request, but unfortunately, Colosseum ticket policies do not allow for date changes once booked. We hope this explanation helps clarify why we were unable to assist on this occasion.

Our tour guide Milan was awesome. He spoke very good English and was a very kind, nice easy going guy. We came away very happy with our experience and new knowledge about the colosseum. It was a super hot day and he was really mindful of thinking where best to take us knowing where we'd get a breeze/ shade which made it all the more enjoyable!

After our original booking, which we were onsite and present for, was delayed by over an hour, we had to reschedule for a different date due to other obligations. Upon realizing our plane flight would not allow us to participate in the tour on the rescheduled date, we made multiple attempts to reach out to the provider in an effort to change our booking. For nearly 2 weeks we received no response. After a lengthy period of no response, we requested a cancellation and a refund. We only received a partial refund.

Your original Colosseum tour was delayed by one hour due to an unforeseen system error. We communicated this to you in advance, and you acknowledged our message. We then offered you the flexibility to visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill early while we moved your Colosseum entry to 4:00 PM.
At the last moment, you requested to reschedule the tour for a different date. We accommodated this request and confirmed a new booking for August 6th, with a guide and tickets prepared specifically for you. When you later informed us that you could not make that date, we were unable to offer a second reschedule due to the non-refundable and non-transferable nature of the Colosseum tickets, which had already been issued on two separate occasions for your group.
Despite our clear non-refundable policy, we made an exception and issued an 80% refund of your total payment—far exceeding standard industry practice for last-minute cancellations on non-refundable tickets. This was a gesture of goodwill on our part, absorbing the cost of tickets we could not reuse.
We regret that this experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate your understanding of our position.

I booked this tour (for over $100) before going to Rome, then found out my flight was severely delayed. I messaged the tour operator through Viator asking whether I could move my tour to a later date or get a refund.
This was 9 days ago and I still haven't received a response. The only communication I got was after the tour had already started, from the tour guide on WhatsApp asking where I was, while I was still on my flight. I explained my situation again, asking about a refund or moving my tour date, and again got no response.
I know it's not the tour operator's fault that my flight was delayed so much, but just know that if you book this tour there is no way to contact the tour operator and they are completely unwilling to work with you if something comes up. Complete waste of over $100.

A spectacular tour my Milan, an excellent tour guide. We loved the knowledge he shared with us. Perfectly arranged, great communication by the tour operator. With easy instructions on how to meet prior to the tour commencing. We went at the best time 9.30am on a very hot day.

Andre did a good job at telling my husband and I a lot of great details about the colosseum. He made the tour short and sweet since the weather was so hot! He answered any questions we had and was super patient as one of our tickets fell on the way to security and he waited for us to retrieve it.
