Be carful when they list stops of a tour and a length of time of a tour. Then they tell the you that you’ve only paid for entry and no guide on the tour.

Absolute worst reseller I have experienced. They stranded me with my child and laughed in my face. I am shocked this seller meets Viator standards.

The museums and Sistine Chapel were amazing. Highly recommend. I only gave three stars because the third party operating the tour/tickets for us tried to move my reservation time earlier by a half hour. When I said no to this offer (they called 30 minutes before we would have had to be there, and there was no way we’d make it in time), I specifically asked that my pre-reserved time that I paid for was still valid, and they wouldn’t give me a yes or no answer u til I asked the third time. Then, when we got there, the tickets they printed out for me were for an hour later than my paid reservation AND were with an Italian speaking tour guide (we do not speak Italian).
As I said, the actual museums were great, but the third party used by Viator here was unreliable and caused us to wait longer than we were supposed to (we bought skip the line tickets) and in the heat.

Viator messed up the booking. We amended the time slot from 11 am to 10 am, but the tour company couldn't process the change because ultimately Vatican doesn't allow such changes.
Tour company Royal was honest about it though.

Easy to navigate. Tickets were ready on arrival. Short walk from ticket pickup to the Vatican. We enjoyed the 530 late option.

Does not include St. Peter’s Basilica- you must purchase this in your own. I didn’t realize this when I booked.

We came to ticket redemption point. They printed skip the line tickets for us. The tickets were for guided group tour but unfortunately it was in Spanish, so we continued by ourselves. Overall is good. At least skip the line worked.

We loved the skip the line options. Highly recommended! We considered a guided tour but opted for a self guided tour. It was just as fine. Loved everything we saw and navigating without a guide worked. Getting to the location to check in was easy as well.

The Vatican Museums are spectacular and hold so many splendid works of art. However because of the large crowds of people you are rushed through some of the main exhibits, the Sistine Chapel being one. I would have liked to have spent more time admiring this masterpiece rather than being ushered through. That being said it is a must see when in Rome.

It was great to go through ourselves. There is so much to see, but you can only take in so much. Sistine Chapel was only one room in the middle of the museum. It took forever to get through the museum. I don't think it's possible to see evening in 2.5 hours. Plan at least 4 hours. I'm glad I did it, but have no desire to go back. Enjoy!

Great experience, no found tickets on official website then we try to Online other website and I found it on viator. It was great experience. The ticket was skip the line. No wait a minute I booked on the spot and inside within five minutes to the great EXPERIENCE.

We had reserved tickets to the Vatican Museum for 1:30 PM. I had previously agreed with the provider by email that I could come by to pick up the tickets at any time, even in the morning, and that someone would always be there. When we arrived at 11:45 AM, they were just having lunch. We went for lunch too, when we returned after our lunch, we had to wait a long time even though no one else was there. The tickets were not ready.

This is a complete scam. You still have to wait in line to get in. The only line you skip is the line to buy your tickets. You still wait in the line to get into the building. Plus you are spending twice as much for your entry ticket!! Not to mention you have to travel to get the tickets than travel back to use tue tickets.

My experience was over crowed with groups. To the point l couldn't wait to get out. I would definitely recommend going as early as possible. If that makes a difference. Guides met weren't overly helpful.

This experience is over crowded, and you cannot take time out to study the artwork.
Additionally, when we got our tickets from Viator, the gentlemen was not helpful, and didn’t tell us where the meetup location was.
