Mohammad was an amazing tour guide! We were able to skip the line and go into places other people weren’t able to go. He explained everything in detail but it was not to complicated that we didn’t understand. Our family happened to be the only people on the tour so it was nice and small. Would recommend this tour to anyone!!

Our tour guide was excellent and focused on the things inside the Vatican that were the most important to those in the group. He was very personable with his explanations and descriptions without overwhelming you with too many facts.

This was a jaw dropping tour. The Sistine chapel visit alone or well worth the price. The St. Peter’s basilica was the cherry on top. Just incredible stuff. We had a great time.

We had a very capable and knowledgeable guide. He knew just about everything thee is to know about the Vatican Museum. He maneuvered through difficult passages, prepared us well for the Sistine Chapel (talking is not is not permitted) and gave us good overview of the Basilica.

Mohammed was a great tour guide. Very personable. The tour was very well organised. I had never been to the Vatican Museum and that was my personal highlight. So many beautiful pieces of art and interesting history to go with it.

Horrible tour, would not recommend. First of all, we were picked up from our hotel by a black minivan and taken to a restaurant underground. We actually joked that we had been abducted, because that’s what it felt like. No communication, felt very shady. The tour started, there was no skip the line at all, we just joined in with the rest of the tour groups (line was at least 150m long). We lined up for ages, then once we got to the entrance our guide didn’t have the right number of tickets for the group!! The group had 12 people, but he only had 11 tickets (this is of course, after saying it’s a group with a max of 10 people). We had to wait in the sun for a good hour, while our guide tried to buy tickets from other tour operators. He then asked if there were two people who would be happy to not do the tour, and do a later one because of the mess. This however would mean that you wouldn’t be able to do the full tour. We only ended up getting in because a family of the group snuck through and purchased their own ticket, so we had the right amount of tickets. Otherwise we would still be waiting in the hot Sun outside the Vatican. Not the guides fault, but we were rushed through due to the delay - but this tour operator would be my last recommendation!

Dear customer we are sorry to note that your words are meaningless and maybe you have never travelled.
The minivan that picks you up is black because all the tour operators are black.
The underground restaurant is a famous bistrot wine bar from 1961, 100 meters from the Vatican museums and is the meeting point of the tour of the Vatican Museums.
Is your abduction claim absurd? We do not accept this statement…
The skip the line ticket includes priority entrance for small groups booked.
If there are many small groups booked at the same time, you need to wait long enough for passenger control to let you in.
Our guide while waiting tried to pass ahead to benefit the group and reduce the wait.
Unfortunately the heat of this period is very strong and we understand that it can be a problem for those not used to certain temperatures.
Our interest is to make you live unforgettable experiences, while you frustrate people's work with your false and inappropriate considerations.
Our guide saved you a lot of waiting but you only interpreted what interests you to tell false things..
the reality is that our guide exchanged ours with another one to anticipate the entrance ..
Perhaps it would have been better to do nothing. Sometimes certain aids are interpreted in the wrong way.

Marisa was exceptional- so passionate about the art and she really tried to engage our teenage sons’ interest! Such a special experience. It was hot and stuffy inside at times but she moved us through efficiently.

I feel bad but this was not a great experience I would not recommend it. The quality of the headphones were poor and I had a hard time understanding our guide. I feel like I would’ve been better off just walking around on my own

Dear customers, I'm sorry if you had difficulty living this experience but in this period the Vatican museums are crowded and unfortunately visits are difficult.
the supplied headphones are from the Vatican and do not allow you to use headphones from different companies. even if i did the rounds myself and headphones and appliances have the same problem.
we are very sorry but the vatican imposes rules on them and they are not in question.

While the tour guide, Lucy, was undoubtedly knowledgeable, her presentation was disjointed and confusing. There was no thread weaving her narrative. Having a guide get us through the very crowded setting and complicated process was worthwhile.

It may be that her way of exposing her facts and stories is complicated for those unfamiliar with art and history. the key to her story could create difficulties.
We believe that lucilla is one of the best guides in the Vatican and that her service is professional but it can happen that we are not understood in her explanations.

The tour was just long enough I thought. You saw a lot of the museum but were able to spend a significant amount of time in the Sistine chapel & St. Peter’s. The your guide, Mohammed, talked just enough. He gave good info & was friendly but wasn’t overly chatty. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to see a lot in a little time.

This tour was good, but a little long. You spend a lot of time in the Vatican museum, and our guide didn't share as much information as I've had shared on previous tours of the Vatican.

A very good tour. The guide was knowledgeable. It was very crowded and busy as always, so a small group is necessary to be able to stay near the guide. The drawback is you have to move along because of the crowds, but that's unavoidable. To see St. Peter's and the Sistine Chapel is a must when visiting Rome.

My husband was very impressed! Our tour guide was knowledgeable and highly academically accomplished on the subject matter PhD BUT we had been on other tours whereby the use of personal headsets whereby you can hear your Tour Guide when you are not exactly next to them or close to them. That was very much missing!

Estimado cliente, lamentamos por el inconveniente, lamentablemente el guía dio positivo a covid y no pudo estar presente.
En esta temporada alta es imposible encontrar guías al último momento.
Sin embargo, para honrar nuestro compromiso contigo, hemos autorizado al guía de habla inglés para todo el suporto para realizar la visita con la ayuda de una audioguía y él cerca de ti para ayudarte.
¿Habrías preferido no hacer el tour? Quizás esta haya sido la mejor solución para ti.
Pensamos que era más importante que no perdieras la oportunidad de visitar los museos del Vaticano. no apreciaste nuestra buena voluntad..
otras empresas te habrían dejado tirado, nosotros no tenemos esta política y siempre tratamos de encontrar una mejor solución.
