Don’t bother

We arrived at the meeting point 15 before the start time, we were met with no answer from the buzzer or the number in the booking. A resident from the hotel thankfully let us in as we had been waiting outside the hotel for 20 minutes at this point in 35 degree sun. The hotel was empty, no reception and no staff. The tour operator texted me and said a member of staff was on the way. The member of staff was friendly and very apologetic but informed us the hot tub hadn’t been prepared and we still had to wait another 20 mins. This wasn’t a last minute booking, it was booked weeks prior. The views were amazing and you could see Rome for miles. The hot tub was lovely but needed a good clean. You could see the scum marks round the side and you could feel grit on the bottom. The hotel needs to improve on these points and then it would be worth the money and lovely experience.

The experience was canceled due to bad weather the previous days. it can happen. However, we would have liked to know this before arriving at the meeting time, because the meeting was canceled after our arrival and not before, contrary to what our interlocutor denied (nothing about the app, nothing by email either).

La vue est très belle mais l’état de l’eau laisse à désirer ainsi que l’état de l’escalier menant au jacuzzi. Il n’est pas possible de se doucher après ce qui est dérangeant. Heureusement, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de Serge qui nous a reçu ce jour là ont combler les problèmes rencontrés.
