- Arrive at the entrance of Colosseum 15 minutes before time. The entrance will be Invalid after 15 Minutes of travel time
- You must follow the queue for security check
- Please note: Colosseum fees are listed in inclusions. The remaining cost of the experience covers the app and other amenities
- If you book the last Colosseum entry slot of the day, you won’t have time to visit the Forum or Palatine afterwards — they will already be closed. That means you’ll need to visit the Forum and Palatine either before your Colosseum time slot, or the next day, as long as it’s within 24 hours of when you first entered one of the sites.
- The visit may begin either at the first entrance of the Colosseum or at the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travelers

Booked a Guided audio tour but the app (Ola guide) does not work. Get your tickets directly from the site and avoid being over charged by this company.

We could have gotten into the hill and the Forum earlier. I wish I’d known. Also, the audio guide wasn’t very informative and didn’t have enough sites on it. When we got to the colosseum it turned out my son’s ticket wasn’t good. In the end staff let us in anyway.

Really good service and easy to use. I booked online whilst at home and once I arrived in Rome the day before my colosseum and Roman forum trip a WhatsApp message came through with my tickets and all information where to go and what I will need ect. I didn’t need to go to a pickup station for my tickets they was sent to my phone and we just scanned into the attractions. Was a wonderful day and we really enjoyed the experience.

Go through the tour at a decent pace. My sister and I were a little slow starting and once we got to the special access areas at The Palatine hill and Roman forum, they were already closed. The audio tour is brief audio clips about the history of different areas so it’s not that in depth but either way it was still gorgeous and I would highly recommend it for more casual viewers

The self guided tour is difficult to match the audio with the section of the coliseum where you are at. It should coincide with the audio numbers of the tour

0/10 do not recommend. Booked 8:30am Colosseum tickets and was notified 2 days prior that my ticket time would be changed to 10:15am. We were told to go ahead and visit Roman Forum and Palatine Hill before the Colosseum due to the time change. Roman Forum and Palatine Hill do not open until 9:00am and tickets are only a 1 time entry. 1 hour is not enough time to see everything. We had no choice but to entire the Colosseum at 10:15am with the bigger crowds and see Roman Forum and Palatine Hill at 11:30am with the bigger crowds. I would not recommend using this company for tickets.

Loved this experience. We got to see the historic sites at our own pace, and the audio guide was great.
The access to the "Super Sites" in the Roman Forum and the Palatine Hill added more than I would have expected. So many people were turned away from all those small add-ons without that pass.

Self guided tour with the audible tracks were very informative. If you prefer a slower pace vs being in a tour group then the self guided tour is for you. I would definitely do the self guided tour again.

We were having issues buying tickets on the Colosseum website and this was the alternative. The tickets let us skip the line and gave us access to the arena floor just as we wanted.

The colosseum is a must see and this was our second visit. This tour is advertised as an audio guide. Each ticket costs a lot more then the actual admission price but all you get extra is instructions to download an app. The audio guide itself was so lacking in detail we switched it off so we found it a omplete waste of money.

The Colosseum was great. The forum was closed, but I still paid inflated price for the ticket including the forum. My purchase came with an “audio-guide”. This wasn’t really worth it, just about ten 30 second snippets on a third party app that was unreliable. I didn’t get any worth out if this ticket, except the ability to buy the tickets the day before. Third party companies buy the tickets using bots as soon as they come available and resell through companies like this. But- I didn’t plan ahead so this is the consequence.

I didn't go on the tour bc we arrived at the hotel late. U tried calling several times to let someone know that we were just checking into the hotel& couldn't make the tour on time. All I wanted was a chance to go do the tour another day.... Viator told me no. Im extremely disappointed bc anywhere that I have gone, I always use Viator. We just had a party of 22 on Cabo.... Now I will tell them to not use Viator. Im going to social media to tell them of this horrible treatment

This is the first time we did an ‘audio only’ tour, and although it provided a good level of information, it didn’t have the same impact as a tour guide. Spend the extra money and opt for a tour guide.

We did enjoy our time at the Colosseum but feel the experience was overpriced for what we got. Opted to go without a guide and do the with an audio guide instead. We thought we would get a headphone and pack but actually told day before to download an app and play on our phone devices. We did try but found it totally useless. Expensive for basically just entry to the site.

The company who sold me the tickets not giving accurate information and I was unable to use my ticket. They would not allow me access after my 30 min window which was spent walking all the way to the tour operators. DO NOT purchase tickets thru Viator

A fascinating place to learn about. We took our 8y.o as he's learning about the Romans at school. We were self-guided so we could learn at our own pace. With pre booked tickets we were inside exactly when we were supposed to be.
Like other places, there are too many tour guides with large groups allowed in at once. When you try to appreciate the place or artifacts the tour guides have no 2nd though in trying to move you to one side for their group to take a look as if you're spoiling their experience by having the audacity to be there when they arrive.
It is for everyone to appreciate, so if you can block that out it is worth visiting.
Keep young ones close as you could easily be separated.

Bring another device to listen to the audio guide. When switching away, say to take a picture of the amazing place the audio stops playing. Which is just a hassle. If you don't have another device just book an entry ticket without audio guide if it is cheaper. I didn't finish the guide.
