  • Customers must adhere to the assigned guide throughout the tour. External guides cannot be added to the group after purchase.
  • Access to the Vatican Museums requires escort by the assigned guide. Opting out forfeits tour rights and tickets without refunds.
  • Wednesday Audience Day: Expect changes to the museum flow. The tour may not end at St. Peter’s Square. We apologize for any inconvenience, but changes are beyond our control, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Heightened security may cause delays.
  • Appropriate attire is required for religious sites. Avoid sleeveless blouses, miniskirts, shorts, and hats. Wear comfortable shoes and bring sunscreen during summer.
  • Vatican Cloakroom: Items larger than 40 x 35 x 15 cm must be stored. Prohibited items include suitcases, large bags, umbrellas, tripods, and signage. Shoulder bags up to 15 cm wide are permitted.
  • Colosseum Bag Policy: Bulky bags, trolleys, and glass bottles are not allowed. No cloakroom facilities are available at the Colosseum.
  • Sistine Chapel: Guides cannot explain inside the chapel due to Vatican policy. They provide an overview of the chapel's art at the start of the tour, usually in the courtyard. Recommended visit time inside: 15 minutes.
  • Museum Access: Your ticket allows you to stay inside the museums after the tour, until closing. The guide will finish the tour, collect radios, and direct those staying longer on where to go next.
  • Accessibility for Disabled Visitors: The tour route may not suit all mobility needs. Please contact us in advance so we can organize a suitable tour.
  • If you have a pacemaker you will need to show a certificate, otherwise you will not be admitted without being screened
  • The areas are not wheelchair accessible and may pose challenges for individuals with mobility issues.
