Our tour driver Giuliano was amazing!!!! Very professional, knowledge, and kind. He gave us a wonderful overview of Rome. He took us to places I didn’t know existed in Rome.
Giuliano gave us a great recommendation for lunch. The meal was delicious and the staff was very friendly. They made us feel like family!

Our driver, Paolo was SUPERIOR! His knowledge of historic and present-day Rome was excellent. He was courteous and very professional. He was quite patient with all our questions. We are very happy that we booked this private tour as it was perfect with less walking and we get to see a lot of popular historic places so my sisters can take lots of pictures to document our trip. We initial booked this private chauffeured all day tour in air conditioned van so my elderly father will have less walking and can be comfortable in the August heat. Our chauffeured tour guy, Paolo was very pleasant and accommodating. Midway, during the tour, my father became tired due to his medical issue, Paolo was able to dropped him back to the hotel to rest so we can continue with the tour for the remainder of the time, something you can’t do with a big group tour. We would definitely recommend this tour and especially Paolo. Also it was worth the money compared to other tours.

We had the best day trip to Rome thanks to Claudio! We traveled with kids and grandma and only had about 7 hours for site seeing with a 2 hours ticketed tour mixed in the middle. He planned all of our stops with that in mind, accommodating us to make sure drop off points were accessible for our group. I can’t believe how much he was able to show us in a day! He took us to a wonderful spot for an amazing quick local lunch, and some amazing churches since we didn’t have time to really explore Vatican City. He even made sure there was time for a gelato stop with the kids before the long train ride. Thank you Claudio!

Salvatore was an amazing driver!!! We had multiple drivers during our 17 day tour of Europe. The communication started 48 hours before we even arrived in port. We knew where to be and when to meet him. Salvatore by far was the best. It was a super hot day and he had cold waters for us all day. His knowledge of Rome was amazing and he was so friendly and personable. We compared all the rest of our drivers to him and no one came close! Because of traffic we almost missed our Vatican time and tour, but he got us there just in time and even called to tell them we were on the way! His personality was so charming and wanting to serve his clients to the best of his ability. I am so thankful he was our driver on that crowded, hot day in Rome! I can’t recommend him enough!!! We were a groups with 3 teens and 2 life long friends, 7 people total and we alll adored him!!!

Due to some technical difficulties, we were never given a driver for the day. After a lot of calls (thanks to the staff at the best western universio.) we were finally able to get a hold of someone at the tour company. Fyi. Viator was absolutely NO help at all in getting resolution. After a 2.5hr delay we started the private tour, Claudio shows up and saves the day. We was a last minute substitute.
He was absolutely great. We went everywhere we wanted to, he explained everything in great detail and was more than accommodating for all of our needs. 2 suggestions for the Best Rome driver company, have multiple languages for the company voicemail or actually monitor the phones on the weekends. Also, check your email on the weekends and respond promptly.

This tour was amazing because it fits our travel style wherein we just want to do some sightseeing without the tremendous walking. We are senior citizens with difficulty walking too far and Alessandro made sure we were dropped off right on the spot for photos.
Alessandro was amazing! He gave us important details on the sites he was bringing us to. He also made us eat in a very quaint and lovely Italian restaurant. We had amazing pasta there.
Overall, we were very satisfied as we only had 2 full days in Rome to see all the sites. Amazing tour!

If you are in Rome, this trip is a must!! Ask for Livio- he provided a memorable trip with his knowledge, graciousness, and friendly attitude but he was helpful with our elderly father. 100% recommend and will be booking again when we return

Salvatore was an amazing guide and driver. His passion for the city, its history and architecture was evident. The 5 of spent a whole day seeing the most amazing sites in Rome, some iconic well known sites and some lesser known gems that were absolutely beautiful. Salvatore made sure not to spend time showing us sites that we had specifically booked tours for (Colosseum and Vatican) so that more time could be spent seeing other sites. A fun day was had by all of us and I really recommend this tour.
