Quite crowded around Pantheon, but we found the Viator rep Raj- who was very helpful and sorted out our tickets and audio guide via WhatsApp. He accompanied us to the front of the queue to have tickets scanned. All very professional- thank you. Ensure you have Personal ID with you!

Last minute cancellation Unacceptable Walked all way just for this and they cancelled it at last minute

Hello, when you did the booking ,In 5 minutes you got the cancellation Unfortunately our side was open and you booked it after that in 5minutes you got the cancellation. You do know about the booking system and You think you are cleaver and you have booked it consciously when you did not find any tickets anywhere. Next time please try to book early not eleventh hour. Thank you....
