I can't begin to THANK This service and more importantly the driver assigned to us. Our flight was delayed almost 2 hours ..... not only that.... when we showed up to the airport the airline had lost our luggage and we then had to go wait in line with British Airways to file a claim that took about another hour. We were fearful the driver was going to be gone when we finally got out to the lot .....and with the night we had already experienced it would have been another disaster. When we finally got out of the airport he was there standing and still waiting for us. What a sigh of relief ..... we finally got one thing going for us as our trip had started off with nothing but disaster. Love this company and LOVE their driver. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

When Viator says "cancel by", they mean "cancel before". I tried to cancel the morning of the cancel by date but was not able to. I wound up paying for two rides unnecessarily.
