An excellent experience! The guide was so nice and pointed out parts of Rome and spoke to us in English the entire time. He moved all the bags and was very polite. There were a lot of people at the airport when we got there but we were able to find him pretty quickly.

The airline did not load...

The airline did not load our luggage in the US and it was two hours late arriving in Rome and our driver Pino was wonderful during the wait for us to get our luggage which was on another flight.

Paolo was in touch via text as soon as our plane landed. He did an excellent job of letting us know where he was waiting for us and we met up with him easily. It was a bit of a walk to the van from the terminal but he was very kind and patient, encouraging us that we walk at our own pace. ’No rush. No rush!” The van was comfortable and the ride to our hotel in Rome was comfortable, pleasant and informative. Paolo pointed out some points of interest along the way and was extremely personable. His English is excellent. We very much appreciated such a warm and friendly welcome, and competent driver, after the long journey from Phoenix, AZ in the US. He even texted us some restaurant suggestions the next day! I would highly recommend Best Rome Driver Private Tours.

Nice transport service from FCO airport to our hotel . Our diver Fabio was outside the arrival area waiting for us. Our service was very clean. It was relaxing driving to the hotel especially we came in at night not worrying about anything.
