Very pedantic. Irritating voice and treated like we are in 6th grade. Couldn’t ‘t get it to sync map with car’s navigation system and no response on help chat. Gave up after first few miles. Do not recommend.

Aloha Susan!
We're truly bummed to hear that your experience with our guide didn't quite hit the mark and felt a bit too much like a lecture. Our goal is always to share the knowledge in a way that feels friendly and engaging, and it sounds like we missed that for you.
We truly apologize for the oversight and the lack of support. That's definitely not the smooth, helpful journey we want for anyone.
Because this tour was purchased through Viator, you can request help or a refund directly through your Viator ticket. If you’d like assistance understanding how the tour works or want us to take a closer look at what went wrong, you’re also welcome to email us at aloha@shakaguide.com and we’ll do our best to help.
