Great Day!!!! My sister and I chose this as our one adventure on our trip and SOO glad we did! The crew was awesome! Very friendly and funny. They were very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions and led us to the perfect spot on the reef. We saw so many turtles and I even got a hug on my arm from the cutest octopus! 10/10 Definitely recommend

This was an excellent tour! We had a blast viewing the dolphins and swimming with turtles and other fish. The crew (captain, Jack and Andi) was awesome and so friendly. The only downside was that 2 hours flew by so fast!

They left us on the dock after being only 1 literal minute late.
Our Uber driver dropped us off at the wrong spot despite us telling them the proper spot. We ran down the marina to the boat, and they laid eyes on us and then deliberately turned the boat on and left. We even called the office when we knew we would be not early enoug and she siad she would "try to let them know," which obviously didn't happen I understand schedules are important, but so is kindness and understanding. I know that we were not there at the proper time, and I am sure this will be their excuse for this, but to not be even willing to wait 60 seconds is insane to me, especially when I spent close to 200 dollars on these tickets. They of course, did not help us try to reschedule or give even a partial refund.
We ended up booking with Pink Sails Waikiki at the last minute and had a great time. The tickets were cheaper, they had great drinks, and nicer snorkel equipment. Plus, we ended up snorkeling in the same spot as this company. Literally next to the boat that left us behind, and we paid a fraction of the original price for the exact same experience.
I would not use this company as they are charging way too much and they are rude.

Crew on the boat was great. The sea was rough and on the way back. Half the boat was feeling sick and it seemed that the captain ignored it and stayed out the full time. It would be great to do this again on a calm day, but pay attention to the weather before you book this tour.

I informed the crew members that I am not a strong swimmer, but I was not provided any assistance getting into the water, even though I asked the instructor who was already in the ocean. He swam away and disappeared, leaving me and a few others who were slower swimmers behind. When I could no longer swim, I had to ask a fellow tour participant to get the instructor’s attention for me.
I do not recommend this tour for anyone who is not a strong swimmer. I did not feel safe in the ocean, as the instructor did not keep an eye on everyone and left participants unattended.

Arrived at check in point. Waited for them to show up. They did not! Contacted them and they canceled the outing. No notification, pay 36.00 dollars for Uber, cut our morning outing short so we would be there on time. This was not managed well at all. Excursion company should have had someone posted up to at check in to advise us of cancelation. Totally ruined the day for us.

The water is extremely choppy and the boat bounces with excessive motion. All of the tours seem to go out to the same general area to snorkel for turtles. The guide didn’t provide much guidance or point out species of fish etc. we saw one turtle that disappeared quickly likely due to the tremendous number of people in the area. There were 6 boats of 25-50 people each parked in the same area. Do not go on this excursion if you have any motion sickness issues. 4 out of 6 people in my family alone that all premeditated still got sea sick.

What a great time! 2 hours was a perfect amount of time, the crew were excellent, the boat beautiful and the brief sailing after snorkeling was relaxing. The equipment provided was of good quality, and we saw tons of beautiful fish, a bunch of turtles, and had a great time.

We had a fantastic experience snorkeling with the turtles. I’m almost six months pregnant and the staff made sure I was safe and comfortable the whole time. It was really magical and beautiful to see the turtles and fish in their natural habitat

Out of all of the crews we could have picked, I’m glad we chose this crew. It’s small but mighty! Even though it’s not a huge boat, because of that the experience was a lot more intimate and felt safer :)

Friendly captain (not Jake) and crew! Explained everything prior to going out in the water. Jake (can’t remember if it was #1 or 2) was in the water to guide us to areas where turtles were and answered any questions. Ended with a relaxing sail back to the harbor. Highly recommend.

The crew and the boat were great! The guys were very helpful to everyone. It was a small group so that was nice. They gave good instructions of what to do. After getting in the water you realized how strong the currents was. The water was cloudy so it was hard to see anything. After fighting the current I went back to the boat. My daughter stayed out the whole time and really enjoyed herself. She did see a turtle. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants to try it. The boat ride was very enjoyable.

The crew was amazing and delivered on seeing turtles. Rather than trying to squeeze in between other boats when we went out, the crew adjusted and took our sail first.

Booked an event and as we were getting ready 1.5 hours before get a call saying not enough people booked, so canceled. Called Avitor and get email that it was weather related. I really just wanted to see we turtles with my wife. Terrible service and communication… they had a chance.

Did not see any sea turtles, the crew wasn’t interested in trying a different location. The crew seemed more interested in visiting with their friends that were on the boat. Didn’t enjoy this tour compared to others we went on very much.
