My sister and I got there 30 minutes prior and there was no one there at the meeting point. I contacted the number under their business page and nobody answered.

I booked a $95 kayak tour for my partner and I and the operator never showed nor responded to my message. I waited 45 mins at Ala Moana park, and they never responded. I requested a refund, no one has gotten back to me nor have I recieved my refund. Fraudulant “business”. Poor service. Again, NO ONE has gotten back to me about my refund. I do NOT reccomend this service or anything on viator. Unreliable and fraudulant.
P.S If youre reading this, I want my money you scammers.

Great experience overall! Our guide was very patient and guided us through all the safety guidelines and instructions very well! The rest is all to yourself, we did some races and saw some fish, very good experience and would recommend!
