This was a fun experience for our family of 6. There was a transfer shuttle to a moored platform where we were able to swim in the ocean for a few minutes while we waited for our turn on the parasail boat. Parasailing was fun. The ride was about the right length of time, with a couple of dips in the ocean. We had 3 groups, and the boat crew was entertaining while the other groups werr up in the air. Knocking 1 star off because of the cost of the extra photos/video. Yeah, it's Hawaii and everything is expensive, but it was still surprising. Also, you pretty much have to buy the extra pictures because the sunshade on the boat prevents many good pictures from the waiting area

Staff and boat operators were super friendly and helpful. There are a number of boat transfers to parasail and I think age and agility would definitely hinder ones ability. Be patient, everyone is on Hawaii time so timed reservations happen when they happen. Overall, great experience and would parasail with them again!

The coast was definitely beautiful. However the parasailing was way too short and not as diverse the way it was 20 years ago. The company basically sends you up in the air, dips you in the water, and then has you hover above the boat for the 6 minutes allotted time before having you land back in the boat. It makes for beautiful photos but lacks the total adventure.

This was the first time I’ve ever done Parasailing and it was absolutely magical. The air was so calm and you feel a sense of peace over looking Hawaii and all the natural beauty of the ocean. This is a must do attraction and I highly recommend this.

Awesome experience! I was a little nervous, but the guys were pros. We drove to the location, checked in at the desk, waited for the water taxi, was transferred to another boat, waited our turn, then got on a Zodiac which transferred us to the parasailing boat. The whole start to finish time was about 3 hours and the parasailing was a good 6 minutes which was enough time to enjoy. We had blast!

Love the parasailing. Didn’t get to ride alone. Sadly my video was included with a total stranger, I was not aware I was going to be riding with someone else. Over the taxis guys and the team who launched the parasailing were great. I would do it again.
