Overview

Go parasailing over Maunalua Bay on this Oahu adventure. Choose from two flights that take you 500 feet (152 meters) or 700 feet (213 meters) in the air for views of the Ko'olau Mountain Range, Koko Head, and the Hawaii Kai coastline. GoPro videos and digital photos of your tandem flight and dip in the warm ocean water are available upon return to land.

What To Expect

Make your way to the Hawaii Kai Shopping Center for a pre-selected departure time.

Listen to a safety briefing and parasailing instruction from your expert guide before heading out on the boat. Wear a swimsuit and bring your camera and a dry bag to keep your belongings safe while you ride. After a 20-minute ride to the launch site, the boat will be out on the water for about 45 minutes while each passenger parasails.

Choose from the following options:

Extreme RideSoar 700 feet (213 meters) above the water for unbeatable views and an extra boost of adrenaline; this option is great for the adventurous or those who have prior parasailing experience.

Standard RideRiders looking for a calmer experience will enjoy this ride, which maxes out at 500 feet (152 meters) high.

Both rides offer spectacular aerial views of Honolulu, the Hawaii Kai coastline, Koko Crater, Koko Head and the Ko’olau Mountain Range. Your guide will lower the parasail so that you can take a momentary dip in the water just before landing. After your ride, cruise back to shore and browse the digital photos and GoPro digital videos of your flight, which are available for purchase.

IT WAS PHENOMENAL!!!!! It was an impeccable experience!! Definitely worth overcoming the nerves. The boat drivers were nice and polite, the whole staff is friendly and kind. It was an experience I would do again! We parasailed and it was such a peaceful time being in the air. If you’re on the fence about doing it, this is your sign!!! Do it!!!!

Amazing experience and such a wonderful crew from the ferry boot the the driver of the transport speed boat to the crew in the parasailing boat everyone was so kind and fun. They all made this a great experience for me and my family. If you get a chance say hi to Lily on the ferry boat. She is the sweetest dog.

Fun, Fun , Fun……..The crew and staff were very friendly and helpful. We were lucky in our boat when several Dolphins swam behind and beside our boat. Very cool to see. The photos they took of our experience were amazing. We won’t forget this adventure.

This experience was outstanding! From the time we arrived, checking in, to taxiing out to the boat and parasailing was a smooth, friendly, kind, courteous, professional experience. The front desk crew were so helpful and kind. The gentleman who helped us onto the rib boat was patient and understanding. The guys on the speed boat were wonderful as well. I would so recommend H2O Sports for your next adventure when your in Hawaii!

This company gave a great experience for our first time parasailing! We went on a beautiful day so the views were amazing. They take you on a boat shuttle out to the bay and then each group had about 10 minutes of actual time in the air. The staff was friendly and fun, transitioning groups was quick for max air time and we felt safe and comfortable. Better than a lot of companies in the Waikiki area and worth venturing out for a different view and personalized feel. If you’re nervous, don’t be! It’s much more relaxing than scary, but prepared to get wet!
