Traveled with my family (including children) and we all enjoyed this day tour. Lots of beautiful sights to see and be prepared for pineapples galore- all yummy treats. We even stopped at the famous Leonard’s bakery truck and the donuts were delicious. Friendly guide, Lani, took us to some great picture spots.

Tour guide was funny. Everything worked out well. Glad we chose this one (all star) as our circle trip around the island. By far the cheapest and met all expectations. I called the tour operator day before to find pickup time and location

Screwed up shuttle dates from and to airport, then they canceled us totally when we tried to fix with no notification!! Told us wrong pick-up location for excursion and miss our shuttle!! Traveling with 14 people, one being autistic and one 3 month old !! I also have a large amount of notes of dates and times on everything I booked. Names of everyone I talked too! Worst experience ever with this company!! Call a different company!!

Our driver tour guide was just great (Johnny), but the organization at the start was just chaotic and a waste of much time just to sort out the many ticketed people just waiting to be assigned to various cars. It was totally poorly organized and stressful.

We had so much fun on this tour!! My wife found this one and thought we should do it. We had Johnny Cage as the guide and he was awesome. So informative, funny and just a great guy. Had some great ideas for photos (see the one I attached to this review), and was eager to take them for those on the tour. The day started out a bit wet, but by noon, all was good. This is a great tour to see Oahu and taste a variety of things. The only complaint I would have it that the pickup location was a but unclear, and the morning of pickup was disorganized with multiple buses for different tours at the same spot. However, that wasn't the guide's fault.

Johnny Cage was an excellent tour guide. He really wanted to make sure our group enjoyed the tour. He went above and beyond offering to take pictures for everyone, offering the option of the beach or town when we had an hour for North Shore, having a "dinosaur" for "Jurassic Park" pictures. We learned a lot about the island and enjoyed our time.

Henry , the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and funny!
We were on our honeymoon, and he even bought us a nice Hawaii n necklace and a pineapple! We also saw the entire island land!

Our driver / tour guide Moa was excellent, informative, and personable. If you don't have a favorite uncle, then Moa is definitely the one. The tour and multiple stops for attractions, pictures, and local vendors was perfect. More than enough time on stops, which means no wasted time on this tour. This tour is perfect for seeing the island from south to north shore and takes the entire time mentioned. Compared to other tours offering the same route, price wise, just can't be beat. Good views, stops, and cool driver.

I booked this tour after much research on the different ones available, there are numerous. We were only here a few days and I wanted to see the entire island as best I could. First communication was great! I used the tour number got a person every time and was in touch and notified on how to meet our bus! Next...bus tour guide...FABULOUS!!!! James was AWESOME...cool, informative, organized, funny, I cannot say enough (except...please tip your guides)! We saw a little bit of a lot and got TONS of information on the island, culture and sites. I won't give away some of his fun...but all in all, worth the price and saw so much with fabulous pics to boot. Thank you!!!

The driver. Without a doubt. Dirk is an outstanding communicator with people. At first, scheduling and coordination between the company, Allstar Transportation and it's vendor was suspect. But after we were on our way, Dirk took control. He really made the difference in our trip. A beautiful trip it was.

The whole tour was amazing, we loved the stops and the places you showed us, every side we visted brought us a different experience. Our guide (Jhonny Cage) was a very amazing tour guide, he explained the places very well and took awesome pictures for us. We also loved his jokes.

On March 7th, my father and I went on the Circle Island tour with driver Dirk (or Derrick) and ... oh my goodness was he fantastic. Dirk was knowledgeable, intelligent and had a great sense of humor. The tour was timely,well organized and relaxing. Highly recommend this tour to anyone... families, singles , couples and all.

Henry, the tour guide/driver who is a good historian and storyteller of Oahu history. Enjoyed eating at Tanaka’s restaurant. We had shrimp tempura and chicken katsu.

Our guide, Dirk, was not only very knowledgeable about the area, he was also very personable and quite funny. He has a true insider perspective. I wish he could be with us every time we travel to Oahu from our home on Hawaii Island!

All overall tour was fine however the dispatcher was rude and unprofessional. The bus was over 30 minutes late. When I text the dispatcher and asked him the ETA, he replied, with a meme of Elmo shrugging his shoulders. You will need to vet your vendors and give standards they should abide by

Stay away from this company at all cost. I purchased this tour and never got any information regarding pick up time or place. I contacted them 2 days before via message with no response. I called them the day before and someone who was unprofessional and didn’t identify himself seemed rushed and just said he’ll text me later but never did. The day of the tour I couldn’t get ahold of anyone and consequently my family and I were stood up. Do not book anything with this company (Allstar) and if Viator chooses to do business with this company then maybe you may have to stay away from them too.
