Traveled with our adult children. View was amazing but boat crew was unavailable. Drinks were light. Just can’t recommend this unless the view is all you care about.

Horrible experience! We contacted multiple times and various methods and no one responded. Waited 30+ minutes at the destination and we were never acknowledged. They actually left without my wife and I. We have never experienced this with other agencies. This was our first time with this agency and we will never book again nor recommend.

Carlos, your first message was received at 6:28 PM and your first call at 6:32 PM, when boarding and departure were already underway. Guests are instructed to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure at the designated meeting point provided with the booking. The remaining passengers arrived on time and boarded successfully. To respect the schedule and the guests who arrived as instructed, we are unable to delay departure for late arrivals. As a courtesy, we have still offered you the opportunity to use the full value of your tickets on another available date.

What an incredible experience sailing through South Beach! The captain and crew were absolutely outstanding, professional, friendly, and made everyone feel welcome from the moment we stepped aboard. The DJ kept the energy high all day, and the saxophone player was unbelievably talented, adding the perfect touch to an already amazing atmosphere. The finger foods were delicious, the drinks were top notch, and every detail was handled perfectly. What really stood out was how the crew treated everyone like family. It felt less like a tour and more like spending the day with great friends. This was easily one of the best experiences I've ever had, and I'll definitely be doing it again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable day on the water!
