This was a surprise mother daughter trip & my daughter had a great time. The drinks were great & the bartender was very nice. I would highly recommend this experience. And I would definitely do it again.

This was NOT for the elderly or grown folks. TOO MUCH rap music cussing was unnecessary slurs wishing my money back. Pain and suffering!!!!

Make sure to get both drinks before they cut it off.

It was a nice time. However, there was no notification of by when to request last drink or when to use drink voucher. A notification at boarding or any point during the ride would have sufficed.

Other travelers should know that the party boat is a great way to relax on the water and have fun with a great DJ. The staff is wonderful, the drink selection is excellent, the photos are superb and the boat ride and party is long enough. We had a great time for our birthdays!

To start we were running late due to traffic and us being from out of state and not aware of traffic conditions, the host to time to call us to check in on our location and arrival time. We managed to get just in time and the customer service approaching getting us on the boat quickly effortlessly was top-tier on a scale of one to 10 - 100. After we set seal, the hosts were gracious enough to run us through a couple items and from there the party started very gorgeous. Wonderful customer service lovely atmosphere nice drinks and the ride was a scenic one very comfortable. Could never complain about it. We had lots of fun and I am sure on our return to Miami. We will definitely be taking another trip with you guys.

Aborted mission

They should know how difficult it is to find the location if you are not familiar with the area. Our trip was scheduled for Saturday night, which meant that everybody in town was out partying. I didn’t need to do it on a boat. There were so many people in the mall that we could hardly make our way through. So we decided to skip the whole thing and went to dinner.

This experience left a lot to be desired. The PARTY atmosphere just wasn't there. Advertised as Adult only, but censored music & crew aboard did nothing to improve or elevate the mood. Hour & a half or pure boredom.. No one danced, people just sat on benches or chairs... included 2 drinks, but even drinking didn't help. Lastly, they took photos when boarding, but said they ran out of paper so we never even saw them!! No electronic delivery method offered. Pick another cruise..

Very bad experience music drinks bathrooms were awful I would not recommend this party boat. The restroom were filled with urine smelly. One man was drunk fell down several times.

Do not book this. Customer service is not their priority. The person letting people in the boat was rude and unprofessional. She should not be in a position she’s not able to operate in. RUINED THE EXPERIENCE for all of us. July 5. At 10 pm. Whatever her name is, thank you for giving us the worst customer service experience. Hopefully you get removed from that position.

I understand that you were unhappy when you arrived 20 minutes late, the boat had already left, and the tickets were nonrefundable. Unfortunately We cannot hold up all of our other customers and we don't hold the boat more than 5-7 minutes to keep it on schedule. This is why we request our passengers arrive at least 30 minutes in advance. When you buy the tickets directly from our website we do offer a trip protection option for issues like this.
