Took this day trip with my son as part of his mother/son week vacation for his 16th birthday. Our tour guide was amazing, patient&so sweet. She was very knowledgeable&was able to answer every question I had so we were well informed on what the island had to offer ... Our bus made good timing ,so we had more than 6 hrs to explore the island. I strongly recommend taking the 3 hr snorkeling trip it was beautiful. My son got lost in the crowd on our way to the bus for departure. Our tour guide put forth every effort to help find him&had the bus wait an additional 15min for him. She learned the names of all of us on her bus&made sure our day was perfect. The trip was very affordable, worth every penny..
Key West was breathtaking.
I highly recommend this trip.

I would totally have given this experience a 5-star review - we really enjoyed the time in Key West and on the boat/snorkeling. The only reason I gave less stars was because on the 3 hour bus ride there and then 3 hours back the bus temp was unreasonably cold! I did ask our tour guide several times if we could raise the temp, but was brushed off every time. I had to put a towel over the vent and wear as many clothes as I could to stay warm. We are from Michigan so being cold isn’t new for us, but it was only high 70s during the day and the air was blasting in the bus for 3 hours. I heard others on the tour also complaining about being freezing. I even bought a sweatsuit while we were on the island because I didn’t want to freeze all the way home. Anyway - just bring sweatshirt and pants to layer up!

Waves we're choppy for snorkeling but the boat ride was perfect! The crew was very accommodating and encouraging

We had a nice ride down to Key West! It’s incredibly beautiful!
The crew on the boat were fantastic! It’s so pretty out on the water. There was a hurricane brewing close to Jamaica so the water was choppy. I was able to get in for just a few minutes and had to get back out. I have been snorkeling before and this was a different experience.
I did enjoy the sailing and we had a pod of dolphins come right up to the boat! The drinks were good and we loved the music.
I would do this again if the water was calm. I was disappointed about the snorkeling. That was the main reason that I wanted to go.

You really don’t spend a lot of time in Key West. The description makes it sound like you get 12 hours in Key West. Marbelis our guide was fantastic!

We were picked up and dropped off from hotel with no issues. Good communication. The coach journey was long but comfortable. On arrival we were walked to where we needed to be by our host (very helpful lady) The snorkel trip was great - we were lucky enough to see dolphins and a turtle on the way to/from the reef. At the reef it was a bit murky but we still saw a reef shark and mulitple colorful fish. The staff were exceptional and very attentive. The drinks on the way back were great (I recommend the fruit punch!) Thanks to all the staff who made the trip and were very knowledagable. I would defenitely recommend this trip. Our whole family had an amazing day

The pick up locations were easy to get to. The bus ride, the fun facts that were given when entering a new town/city were great! The tour guide person - was excellent she knew every fun fact and was extremely helpful / easy to talk to. First time snorkeling and I give my experience a 100/50 - the crew and instructor were extremely nice!

It was a great experience wonderful tour guides the snorkeling was amazing in the crew on the boat was very good our family love the trip and would do it again
Susy_L, Jun 2025
So they promised two tours all day tour of Key West and reef snorkeling so we only did reef snorkeling. We were not giving the full day tour of Key West. The bus was very outdated and no AC and we were charge $20 for VIP and the outlet and the bus didn’t work that was the only reason why I took the VIP to begin with

The drive is LONG left at about 7:15am Once we got to Key West the tour guide walked everyone to their scheduled excursions, which was nice. The wind made snorkeling rough and didn’t see much but that wasn’t the fault of anyone, if the weather was better I’m positive we would have seen more things. The captain and crew were great. Definitely would go snorkeling or boat rides with them again!! I highly recommend this! After snorkeling we had time to eat lunch and not very much time to shop. We got back to Miami about 9pm.

I booked the tour the day before, nobody answer me for the pickup time. When I call them at 6 on the tour day, they told me that they didn’t have anything under my name and it was too late for the pickup now. When I try to reschedule it instead, the guy on the phone hang out on me.

I was so excited about this trip, it was I and my partner 1st time to Key West and snorkeling. We did not have a great experience with this company. 1st the bus ride.
The bus host was not sensitive to human needs. It was a lot of elders on the bus. I and my partner are nurses. On the way, half way, we stopped at McDonald’s for 20 min. for a bathroom break and food for a charter bus top and bottom level full to max of people. 20 mins. I and my mate went to the bathroom, along with having already had food packed and bought more.
When we arrived, my mate had to use the restroom again. I let the host know, he didn’t care, it was 12:05 when we arrived. He said we had to get to the snorkeling spot by 1pm. He had no patience to wait on my mate to use the restroom. The host left. I was not leaving my fiancé. It don’t take men long to urinate. I waited on my fiancé, me and him caught up eventually.
We made it to the snorkeling post at 12:20, the host had the pull to skip the line and get our tickets. On top of all this the host accent was very strong, we could barely understand him.
On the way back, struggling to listen with his deep accent. Now mind you, my fiancé is from Africa with an accent and couldn’t understand more than me! Hmm. The host said we will stop for a bathroom brake. This was supposed to be a four hour drive. That turned into a 5hr 30 min. Drive because of the fires. That was not on the highway. We could see them. But we drove right pass them. People drove slow to watch the fire which was the problem. But I don’t understand why we couldn’t take a bathroom break and stretch our legs.
The driver never stopped to relieve the bus, all the elders were frustrated, some of the young with senses, got up to check on the elders. We had to hold our urine for up to six hours. I’m sure some of the elders had briefs on. Bc I’m in the health care field. I know how bladders work. You can get a UTI and kidney problems from holding your urine for so long and not drinking enough fluids. The expression on elders face, had me upside down. These host and drivers was not sensitive to human needs. No emotional intelligence. I questioned if the used the restroom? Worse experience of my life. I will not go back to key west on a charter bus, I will drive. Stressful bus ride. More than driving myself. The city was beautiful. No one will ever get such a privilege to drive me again from this company. I pray my bladder is ok. I had to get off the bus on another stop, bc I couldn’t take holding my urine any longer.
As for the Snorkeling.
When it came time to snorkel, thank God, it was in clear English, the instructions for 1st timers, which was me and my mate, was how to put on equipment, and breath through the mouth piece. How to get the water out, if it gets in.
I really wanted to see the coral and reefs and marine life. My mate seen how, the staff was treating 1st timers, which was only 4 of us people of color out of 60-100 people. The teaching for us was, stay away from 1st timers. As a joke. It wasn’t a joke to us.
1 of the 1st timers did not get in at all, she changed her mind. Also, my mate didn’t get in either, bc he seen how 1st timers was being treated. Also, all 4 of us was people of color. All these Caucasian people was walking around the boat with flippers. I was standing by the stairs putting on my flippers, to go down the stairs into water. I also, didn’t want to block the stair way of others. I was the only one a staff got on about the flippers. The staff wasn’t really fond of color people. I’m not just talking about blacks. The other were India brown skins. I’m biracial.
With the little education I had on snorkeling, I got into the water, the wave knocked the wind out of me, then I was fighting to breath and lost my flipper tooth. Bc I got into with the snorkeling gear on. I felt like I should have got into 1st without it on, then put it on. So, I was fighting to breath. I can swim. So, I calmed myself. Took off the mask gear. Swim my way back to the stairs of the boat working with the waves. One female staff, guided me back to the stairs. Thankfully. I was not worried about drowning. I wish I had better teaching of getting in the water with the gear on. I practiced how to breathe before I got in.
I will go snorkeling again, but it will not be with such a large group of people. It will be with a personal instructor who has heart to teach well. Maybe, I will join a large group when I feel I have the hang of things. This experience was not great for a first timer snorkeler. Get personal private lessons 1st. They said, you have to know how to swim to snorkel when given instructions. I read through reviews and noticed someone saying their friend didn’t know how to swim. You do, bc the water if aggressive. It’s not a pool of still water.
This was my experience, feel I wasted time and money.

Lily was AMAZING! She kept up with me everyone and every detail like a pro!! Our driver was incredible. Very relaxing. I will be doing this again and again! Best way to get to key west for sure!

They gave to different date and didn’t pick me up and never gave me my refund back! Very bad experience

The bus ride was fine but the bathroom. The bathroom didn't have AC. It was like a sauna. Key West was fun. We just walked around to all the sites.
Lorraine_W, Dec 2024
A great time! A long day but worth it! Snorkeling was a blast, however the water was choppy. Crew was very attentive! Truly recommend it!
Lipika_D, Nov 2024
The bus travel is good - but the glass bottomed boat experience in the island was not great.
Was promised unlimited drinks etc. - there was none on the boat by Fury.
It was an overpriced trip at $60.
there was no transparency about pricing.
Sima_H, Oct 2024
It was great. 6 hrs in Keywest is little if you choose a side activity, such as snorkling or parasailing. These take half the the time and only 3 hrs in Key West city is little.
The bus was really cold, but the overall experience is good.
Miriam_A, Aug 2024
I would not recommend this trip if your main goal is to go snorkeling. The bus picks you up near or at your hotel, and the ride is long but manageable althought the views dont keep you entertained for long. Key west is a great town and just exploring it for a few hours is probably fun and worth it. We went to the snorkeling and the first thing I noticed was they REQUIRE that you KNOW how to swim. This wasnt an issue for us but I remember reading on the listing that swiming wasn’t required so just something to note. You dont get a life jacket, just an inflatable emergency vest and a pool noodle. But the worst part was that the water was filled with giant jelly fish. They mention jellyfish (its the ocean) and just advice you to swim around them. But they undersold how many there would be. There was no way to avoid them, there was a jellyfish no matter where you turned. The water was rough and merky so you couldnt really see much (except for the jelly fish) and you couldnt relax and enjoy yourself to maybe catch something on the ground because you had to be alert for jelly fish. I did look down once and saw a dark looking underwater bush and nothing else, just sand. So I just went back to focusing on dodging jelly fish. We ended up getting out after 10 minutes, and we were covered in stings. It wasnt super painful but felt like a burn, went away after about 10-15 minutes but regardless not an enjoyable experience. We ended up sitting on the top deck of the boat and I noticed that after 20 minutes of the snorkel part starting about 90% of the people were back on the back, many were stung which was not surprising considering there was no way not to. The workers wete friendly but just brushed it off as “it happens” or just “swim around them” but they were either ignoring the reality or not aware. There was genuinely no way to avoid multiple giant jellyfish. They should re-name this excursion snorkeling with jellyfish because I am sure that will be enticing to some and thats the only way this can be an accurate excursion.
Also I spoke to a friend after who went a few days prior to same place and had the same experience, so its likely not just a one-off.
We ate lunch and got back on the bus, the bus back very tired from the day was a bit of a pain. I think Key West is great but maybe a different style of trip would be better suited.

Getting out in the ocean seeing those beautiful fish ,and watching my friend that cant swim get out in that water and Conquer her fears👍🏾🤿

Expected the best from the reviews. Yet as we are heading there one of the crew members told me that we were not going to the coral reef that they were scheduled to go to. So we went to some other coral reef, which was not visible AT ALL. Once we got into the ocean, everybody started freaking out because of jellyfish, which were barely anything. The crew members helped them and got everybody else back on, and there's probably about five of us out there doing our own thing waiting to see where to go. Never saw the reef or anything nice where they took us. Wasted 100$ on a hour ride there and back cruise to barely deep in the ocean where I could stand if we were even allowed to. Saw nothing. Don't recommend

Had a great time. The bus ride was good they were super helpful. The snorkeling trip was awesome. Special shout out to Capt Steve and his crew. We were able to see lots of tropical fish while snorkeling and the open bar was great on the way back to port. We then had plenty of time to see Key West after we returned from snorkeling before the bus ride back.
Raschel_H, Jul 2024
This was my first time snorkeling and is was amazing. the fish we saw were great. The only complaints are not much time to see Key West before it was time for to take off and also bus ride was very very uncomfortable.
Jose_P, Jul 2024
The ride was excellent Tamara and ruben were excellent tour guides however the snorkeling trip was very disappointing 😕 I saw not one fish in the water and the crew made no attempt to reposition our tour
Erika_J, Jul 2024
Ms. Lilli was by far the best host ever! I loved her. The bus ride to/from Miami was hot very hot. Key West was kind of boring. The snorkeling was ok but the life vest they hv serve no real purpose you hv to put a pool noodle in it to stay afloat. I’m not trusting a pool noodle with my life. Get better vest!
Emily_J, Jul 2024
The staff were so great! They were open and honest about the best things to do and got us there safely! The Sebago crew was so great!
