Excellent driver and great directions but the bus needs work — seat in front of us was broken, air conditioning vent above didn’t open and shelf above creaked continually.

I liked the door to door pickup and the driver and guide were very kind and helpful. The bus itself needs updating with new more comfortable seats with storage overhead.

We did not find that there is additional charges for return until we have already booked. Later we got call asking us if we intended to stay overnight. They asked us to pay additional charges in cash without giving any receipts. Point of pick up was unclear.

We noticed at the time of booking that a one-way ticket had been selected rather than our 'One-Day Round Trip' or activity-based options.
As a courtesy, we reached out ahead of your trip to offer an upgrade for just the price difference. Our goal was to ensure you wouldn't be left without a return seat, as the bus often reaches capacity, and to save you the higher cost of purchasing a second one-way ticket on the day of travel.

Must be ready outside (in the Street) in front of this address at least 10 minutes before, waiting for the bus.

We did only the transfer. So we got picked up as described und brought back.
The bus had a restroom, the seats were comfortable. We got some information on the way.
The guide also tried to sell trips and trolley-tickets but was fine with us not being interested in this.
On the way to Key West there was a short stopp at a McDonalds for breakfast. Maybe there could have been a better choice of location.
But over all it was as expected.

Wonderful! The tour guide was excelente!! I misunderstood and thought we were going to the beach, which I thought was the main Key West attraction. We saw much of the cute city/village, but you have to venture out on your own to get to the beach.

Everything went well. The courier apologized several times about the temperature on the bus. It was freezing and they were unable to regulate it.
Majority of people were wrapped in towels blankets and jackets.
We stopped on the way and my friend and myself went into $ tree to buy fleece wraps to keep warm.. really not acceptable.

The driver Pepe and guide Amaryllis Lily were friendly and knowledgeable and we felt safe. The trolley tour of Key West was excellent and our driver Karl was a lot of fun. Our glass bottom boat was cancelled due to weather but our tour guide made other recommendations which were probably better. The drive is long though especially coming back.

Smooth pick up, guide and driver were really nice and made the trip effortless. Everyone was on time for all departure times. The only reason I didn’t submit five stars is because the breakfast stop wasn’t good. There were only two options and we ended up walking to a Cuban cafe about 100 m away and had a really good breakfast there. We had to google other locations instead of being notified. We took the train ride which was very informative. I would recommend this tour.

L’orario della partenza ci è stato cambiato 3 giorni prima del viaggio, con una notifica non al numero indicato. La mattina dell’escursione abbiamo fatto presente il problema ma fortunatamente eravamo già pronti per la partenza, ci hanno fatto prendere un Uber e non ci hanno atteso al luogo indicato (5min di attesa) poi ci hanno dato un nuovo luogo di incontro dicendoci di farci trovare lì alle ore 7.55. Abbiamo preso un nuovo Uber e siamo arrivati al luogo stabilito alle ore 7.27, aspettato fino alle 8.20 e non è mai arrivato nessuno, inoltre hanno smesso di rispondermi al telefono. Se potessi pubblicherei gli screen della conversazione, procederemo sicuramente per vie legali

When customer purchased this tour online on the Viator website it says very clear on the description that pick up would be up to 1.5 hours before the departure time depending on the hotel location, we sent the email with the exact time 3 days before the tour using the Viator messenger meaning you got the email and also the message if you have the app.
We tried giving you our next stop when the guide called you the day of the tour but you didn't make it on time to either location, we can't hold an 81 passenger bus with a tide schedule because some passenger are not responsible when there is a whole group of other passengers that are waiting on time on their respective hotels.
The 7:55AM must have been a mistype, but still you are supposed to check your emails and confirmations on any travel plans you make, if you read the description on this tour on a Viator website (Same as Trip Advisor) explains it very well.

Wurden pünktlich an dem angegebenen Ort angeholt. Bei der Hinfahrt machten wir eine kurze Pause, am Abend sind wir durch gefahren.
Super organisiert. Im Bus werden noch Altivitäten für vor Ort angeboten. Man hat vor Ort 6 Stunden Zeit. Wir haben uns die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß angesehen. Toilette im Bus vorhanden. Super Ausflug, wenn man nicht selbst hinfahren möchte. Ist zwar eine lange Busfahrt für einen Tag, aber definitiv wert. Preis-Leistung super. Bin sehr positiv überrascht.

Onder begeleiding van Luis en met een comfortabele bus vertrokken we naar Key West. Onderweg een korte stop gehad voor een ontbijtje en daarna weer door. Helaas was er een aanrijding geweest waardoor het laatste stukje naar Key West wat vertraging had. Uiteindelijk goed aangekomen en ons perfect vermaakt in Key West. Zelf vooraf via Viator app een snorkelcruise gedaan. Die was echt perfect en is zeker een aanrader. Terugreis met de bus ging ook erg goed. Lekker vlot want er waren geen files. Veilig weer terug rond 21.30 in Miami. Zeker een aanrader deze trip!

Orlando le guide parle 4 langues parfaitement et même pour 3 français et 2 italiens il a fait l effort de traduire. Le bus était à l heure et key West était sublime même si c est loin.
