I booked a pink yacht on viator and the boat owner wrote me through secure messaging on Viator platform and said I had pay $300 crew to secure the reservation . The day of the party I received a message canceling my reservation and telling me I would get a full refund for the 300 crew fee and boat payment ! Then the owner refused to give me a refund after they canceled on me !!! And viator said nothing they can do !!! Viator allows boat owners to advertise on their platform a service THEY DO NOT HAVE TO PROVIDE and cancel booking and keep money. This is not secure and I Was scammed DONT BOOK NOT SAFE !!!!!! NEVER AGAIN !!!
