What To Expect
Arrive at your Miami meeting point at your allotted time to greet your guide. You’ll receive an in-depth safety briefing and learn how to drive the Jet Ski. Once you feel ready, you’ll don your life jacket and head out onto the ocean.
Then, you can ride the waves at your own pace, looking out for the dolphins that call the water home. Once your allotted time is up, head back to the shore to return your Jet Ski.

We had a great experience with the whole crew. Everything was wonderful. Will definitely return. The instructors were so patient with us and thoroughly explained how to ride. We were first time riders but we quickly learned with their help.

Had the most amazing time! Everyone was so nice and helpful from start to finish - Stephanie was patient and so sweet with organizing everyone for waivers and proper preparation. Guillermo was straight forward with the rules and regulations and clear about the boundaries or the experience. Sebastian was an amazing instructor and did the coolest tricks. He gives helpful advice (faster=more stable 😅) and he will take such good photos/videos of you since bringing your phone is a recipe for disaster. They let you go as fast as you can and as long as you stay in the boundaries you are free to roam and race!

We were left stranded in the ocean for almost an hour in pelting rain after the boat left us behind. No bathroom facility obviously and Took almost an hour for the next boat to come and pick us up. Driver of the pick up boat was driving distracted and was the WORST boat ride of my life. Jetski was great but would NEVER use this company again.

This tour never happened because they changed the location at the last minute. I showed up at the meeting point mentioned in the app but they were not there. I will be requesting a refund.

Me and my son went for my birthday. We had a blast. It was kinda hard to find you need to explain in detail how to get to the people with the jet skis but other than that we had a blast . The guy was really nice and had me enjoy our time

My most memorable part about being on the jet ski was being able to share the experience with my bestfriend. I was nervous at first but once I took off it was so much fun!!! I’d do it all over again and again!!! YOLO!!!😜🤸🏾♀️🥰

This excursion was great! All the staff was extremely pleasant and Jeff was a great tour guide. They have a very quick response rate if you have any questions as well. If we had stayed in town longer we definitely would have considered booking again! Can’t wait to be back in Miami!

Our family had a fabulous time doing the Miami Jetski tour with Germaine yesterday. He was amazing leading the kids around the rich homes and making sure they were in good shape before leaving them in their own. Thank you to the entire team! This was overall a really awesome experience! I've never jet skied before so the instructors took their time to make sure we felt comfortable navigating the waters on the skis. Also, my main guide on the water was really encouraging and took us far out around the island with skill.
The ONLY reason I'm giving this experience 3 stars instead of 5 was the lack of professionalism with the main guide Moises and some of the other crew. The amount of swearing and cursing the gentlemen used throughout our time with them was extremely off-putting and unprofessional. I've seen this happening more and more in certain spaces where people feel like it's okay because you're younger to speak anyway they want to around you. ALSO - Moises made a lot of offensive and unprofessional remarks to me while I was training with him. One of which had to do with me "undressing". And while in the moment I brushed it off not wanting to cause a problem, looking back on the experience I found it to also be very inappropriate.
There was also a situation that arose on our way back that required them to be on the phone with a manager / colleague. Our captain spent the remainder of our ride back swearing loudly on the phone with this person with little regard to us hearing the clearly private conversation.
I would say if you want the experience of jet skiing, go for it, but just be aware the team is definitely not concerned about making a professional presentation or impression.

The Coast Guard likes to do randomly inspections on Jetskis Companies to make sure we comply with all paperwork and regulations and that was the case on our 12pm tour that day which made all of tours fall behind after that.
We can only apologize but it was a situation out of all control.

I did not have a memorable time because it was a bad experience. They gave us jet skis that did not have gas and left on of my teens stranded. They had to get picked up by the workers. They told us we would drive the jet skis for 1 hours but we only got like 1 hour. Very disappointed.

I tried several times to get a hold of this company because my flight was canceled and we were unable to make it to Miami. I have anted to know about a refund or at least a credit for the next time we are in the city. I heard nothing back. Someone called me around the time of our reservation and then rudely hung up on me when I started to explain my situation. I still have not heard back from the company in regards to a credit , they only keep sending me info on how to rate my experience.

The lady merasol was great she just didn’t really have any help. our tour guide was late so no tour we basically drove in circles around this little doc. I had to get off in middle of the ride because I was outta gas. It should have been filled up before hand. Half of the group stayed on the little doc while the other guy kept taking off and bringing other people. But the lady that did all the work rode the others around. Marisol was the bomb we give her a 10 star!!!! And Moises we give a 8, but the experience was not good the tour guide didn’t show in time so we never got a tour. We was at the mobile office the entire time. Didn’t get to get a picture package because no tour! They did try to accommodate us for the tour guide not showing on time. This was our first time, traveled from NC! Again Marisol you would be the reason to give a second chance!

I don’t even know where to start.
1). Firstly as soon as we arrived they instantly started talking about smoking weed and saying it was okay to “blow down” even stating that they have weed on them at the moment. Which to my knowledge is illegal. Then tried selling it to me on the side. I think one of there names was Luis.
2). They kept talking about running from the cops while we were on route to whatever location. Everything seemed really fishy.
3). These 2 girls fell off of the jet skis and another company or jet ski tour guide had to help them out especially since our tour guides weren’t around.
4). Lastly the same guy Luis Brito gave us his Instagram and said to cash app him for pictures and video. I sent him the money and never deceivers any pictures or video. I really feel like this whole entire thing was just shady and misleading.

Booking this Jetski Tour was the highlight of our 6 day vacation in Miami. Lewis was an absolute treat to hangout with as well as made you feel confident and comfortable on the water. Amazing photos were taken, we got to see the most gorgeous houses and boats. 10/10 Recommend and if you’re lucky enough to have Lewis make sure you show him some love with a tip! He’s the best in the business!

Amazing jet ski experience and such good value for money!
Initially couldn’t find the start point but if you are also struggling you meet at Slip 16 5400 Collins Avenue. Basically a boat picks you up and transports you about 30 minutes to the jet ski landing so although the experience is classed as an hour it is actually at least a couple of hours which was an added bonus! Sailing past all the millionaires mansions and out into the jet ski area was an absolute pleasure! You board the jet skis in the middle of the water way out from the shore. You can take bags etc with you and just leaving them on the landing stage (they are safe) A member of the crew stays with them. An instructor takes the lead and all the jet skis follow him. There were 4 jet skis in our group. You started off at a reasonable speed and gradually built up the speed as you became more confident. We reached a top speed of 90 mph!! We are in our 50’s (so not to young anymore!) but I can honestly say it rated amongst one of the best things I have ever done in my life! So thrilling-it took your breath away but not scary at all! Felt very safe and so well organised. The instructors were so friendly and helpful. 100% feedback for these guys it was superb. Thank you for such a memorable experience! So jealous they get to do it everyday!!
