This jet ski tour is the perfect way to admire the beauty of Miami from the water and have fun at the same time. To get to your jet ski with ease, a boat ride is included to the launch point. Then, set off with your guide past Picnic Island, and other photogenic spots that boast views of the Miami skyline. Along the way, the guide is happy to take photos of you on the jet ski. Meet at a convenient spot within the city for this Miami jet ski experience. The service provider takes you out on a boat through Biscayne Bay to get to the area where the jet skis are located. Hear safety instructions from a guide before getting onto a jet ski.
Once you’ve got a life jacket on and are ready, take your jet ski out on the water and explore freely within the ride zone. Take in sights of Miami as you cruise.
After your time on the water, board the boat again for the ride back across Biscayne Bay to get dropped back at the meeting location.

For 140 dollars per person. Got 20 minutes of jet skiing, on a broken ski that had to be reset multiple times in the water. Terrible experience

Jetskis were fun. But we had to wait a while, and not enough life jackets. The trampoline wasn't available, but the banana boat was.

They overbook the groups. When you get to the island, they only have a few jet skis. They have one group do jet skis for 30 mins then the next group for another 30 mins. $200 for basically 30 mins if you are a couple on 1 jet ski. Its not worth it. They have the group thats waiting for the jet ski do paddle boarding, and a mini trampoline but its not worth it. Also we booked for 3pm but didnt get on the jet ski until 5pm.

This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a company. Chris (he asked me to mention him by name) made us wait on the boat for 45+ minutes for another companies clients to come on board (which no one had warned us about) and then proceeded to take us jet skiing despite the pouring rain. When I asked to turn back he said NO and was overall rude and obnoxious the whole time. Hated it, totally ruined my birthday.

The tour was really great despite the weather that morning everything went smooth. I would definitely suggest making sure your transportation boats has gas every single trip because one of the boats ran out of gas and had to be rescued by another causing the drop off for us further than we were picked up, that was a inconvenience but otherwise it went well. Our tour guide I think his name was Micheal explained everything perfectly and for it being my first time he made me feel so comfortable on the water. So thank you for that

The description of the tour was misleading - I thought I signed up for 2 passes for 2 jet skis. We were told many people get confused with this but they couldn’t help us. So we rode doubles. The start of this was bad - the morning of, they pushed back our start time by an hour. Then we showed up at the new time but had to wait an hour. So very bad timing. But once they finally picked us up the guide was great and we had fun.

The site advertises: "Guests must be at least 14 years old to drive and 6 years old to ride. All guests under age 18 require a parent or guardian." And "A driver's license is not required, but a valid ID is in order to rent the Jet Ski. All drivers born after January 1, 1988, must take and pass a Florida state boater test (available upon arrival for an additional fee.)"
Based on this explanation, we booked with this operator so my 14-year-old son could drive while I (his mother) was his passenger. We paid extra to do the test, as the site said we needed to, and he passed. We brought ID for both of us.
And no, he was not allowed to drive. Which would have been fine had it not been for this misleading information on the website.
Also if you want to explore widely, this is not the rental for you. You are restricted to a particular area.
One good thing: because I was a very cautious/nervous driver, one of the guys working here took my son for a wild ride after we brought the Jet Ski back. That was the highlight!

Our tour started an hour late. It ran into our reservations for something else and no accommodation was given. There wasn’t clear instructions on completing payments and boat movements. No one really was engaging with us , no hospitality. I’d suggest just going to the beach and jet ski there. Although it was cheaper, the hassle was not needed or expected. They have a policy for when customers are late and don’t show , but where is the policy for when they fall behind?
