Round Trip Key West Day Trip from Miami with Activities

First of all, I had missed the bus and called Viator to reschedule. Viator was extremely helpful with this. They helped me to get in contact with James from Grayline. He was wonderful and very professional. I know I was kinda annoying, but his professionalism and friendliness calmed me down and reassumed me. He immediately made alternate arrangements and rescheduled my reservation. James' excellent customer service skills and patience made all the difference in the world. I highly recommend the Key West Day Tour. The bus driver was excellent. Our tour guide, Orlando, was outstanding. He went above and beyond for all of us, as a tour guide. I felt very fortunate in working with these men. They both played a key role in my having a great touring experience. As far as the tour itself, I chose the the Conche Train Tour and the Trolley Tour. With the six hours I had free to tour, I wanted a thorough overview of Key West, and these tours did just that for me; plus, I had time to leisurely eat and have delicious mixed drinks at the end of both tours. Denver Dan was the tour guide and diver of the Conche Train, and he was great. His knowledge and humor, even though it rained, really made the tour enjoyable. He took good care of our group and made sure we had a good time. Rob was our driver and tour guide of the trolley. He too was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable of all of the points of interest. All of the vendors I encountered were very pleasant and welcoming. I cannot say enough good things about these tours. Oh, by the way, I went on these tours as a single woman. I had a great time.
