Our driver was great. He had excellent communication with me up to and through drop off. He was very patient as one of our members that stuck in custom line. Vehicle accommodate 14 + luggage. It was clean and fit all of us comfortable.

The tour operator is easy to contact if you make a phone call. I would suggest not using the chat feature. Our chat went unanswered but instead I made a phone call once I found the number. They were easy to deal with and sent a driver early because we debarked almost an hour earlier than anticipated. We would definitely use them again

My husband and I stood in the rain for about 30 minutes waiting for the van, which was not in the terminal. Family members took a taxi to airport because they had earlier flight and couldn't wait! Not knowing when van would show up, and number of holiday flyers at airport, they didn't want to miss their flights. Some type of compensation ($50) would be appreciated... I do think that's fair. Driver was sincere and helpful. Would I use service again....I think I would .

As a result, we had to prioritize other scheduled pickups to maintain our commitments for the day. Once you were ready, we dispatched the closest available driver, who arrived within 20 minutes to assist. While we strive to accommodate every client, there are moments when unforeseen circumstances, such as delays or peak schedules, challenge our ability to wait extensively at a single location. Ordered transportation from Miami cruiseport to hotel. I was able to communicate with the company ahead of my Cruise. The day before pickup, I received a message with the contact information. Driver was there when we got off the ship (which was earlier than planned). Driver was very nice & helpful. I would DEFINITELY use them again.

Easy to book online, Andres was great with taking my phone calls/text about the service and pickup location. Our driver was awesome! My family had great conversations with him. And he got us the airport in a timely manner. They were there a hour early to make sure that we made it for our flight. The vehicle was clean inside and outside. We will definitely use them again!!!

Really great service, I was worried that we would not see the transport when we exit our cruise because carnival changed our terminal and the transport was there for us, clean bus with water and good signage, driver was helpful, kind and very accommodating. I will definitely book them again.

The shuttle service was AWESOME! We had the shuttle scheduled for a 10am pick up, but was able to get off the ship around 7:45am. I called & they had a shuttle at the port to pick us up in 10 minutes. The driver was great! He go us to the airport in a very safe manner.
